AC180
I bought an AC 180 about a year ago when there was a sale. We use it in our Campervan as an auxiliary battery to run the toaster, microwave and coffee machine. We recharge it with a solar panel. Recently we purchased another AC180 as they were on runout. Would have loved to buy a compatible expandable battery pack, but this is next best option.
Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing! Shipping was so fast, I didnt realize I had put the wrong address before it even shipped (within 24 hours). They contacted the shipping service and my package got turned around and sent to the right address without me having to do anything! They stayed in contact with me the whole time and sent me updates. Even with all that, it got to me within a week, during the holidays! The instructions are clear and, although I hope I dont need customer support again, I am confident they will be quick to respond to my questions when they do arise!
Great product
Great product. As a mobile mechanic it’s great to move between vehicles or take it for the weekend away without mounting permanent expensive set ups in each Ute. Also great for house on power outages.
Great bit of kit
Great bit of kit, very versatile. My only frustration is the 12V input is passive not active. This means it falls out when driving if you're not on pavement. A serious design flaw for an otherwise great bit of kit.
These units are great for semi off grid…
These units are great for semi off grid living in an apartment. I have reduced my electricity bill by over 50% by using batteries powered and charged by bluetti via solar panels. I can run anything except heat and air conditioning, the bluetti let's me cook every night with any of my kitchen appliances, and can recharge via grid in the middle of the night when power is cheaper...
I like that everyone was so helpful…
I like that everyone was so helpful quick delivery, I'm the one who muked up should have worked out what I needed not what I could afford. I love the unit it powers 90% of my our stuff but not the air-conditioning and summer gets hot here and we're trying to do more off grid to save money.

first off I live in rural BC so shipping is an issue and bluetti worked with me to get delievery sorted . Thanks. I started small to see how things worked for me in off grid cabin. I,m impressed with the quality and how well this stuff works , all summer on likely under 10 gallons of generator gas ,used on cloudy days only , the Bluetti 200 watt panels ,2 mostly always had everything charged by nite fall. They also put out double what a 200 watt allpowers produced, as I said this summer was an experiment, I now have a ac240 and an expansion battery and another 2oo watt panel for next year, have lites a toaster a micro wave and a small deep freeze for ice box. oh and a cell signal booster and computer. So far very pleased now if they last as promised. Makes life so much better and small fridge this year and think will make life even easier. Im a beleiver in solar ,it works and as long as sun shines its possible. Thank you Bluetti

I have three units
I have three units, they all have worked very well. I did run into an issue with getting my furnace to accept the alternative power and I got a lot of great help from Bluetti staff and resolved the issue.
A great source of temporary power during an outage
We lose power quite often in a rural area. My major requirement was to run a large chest freezer and refrigerator. Thus far our AC2000l has handled the outage for a day or two. Having more capacity or an additional unit coupled with portable solar panels would give us more usage without having to resort to a gas generator for recharging. Additionally going forward- it would make sense to acquire a unit that would handle 220 for water well usage periodically to refresh system if the outage is extensive

I tried others but keep coming back to…
I tried others but keep coming back to BLUETTI. Their offerings and just the company style in general are more appealing to me. I have trust in their products. I have 2 elite 100's v2 and an elite 10. I have yet to be disappointed in them supporting their use case and would almost explore putting one in every room of my house if I could. Whole house power is a big investment that I decided isn't practical for me and given I can grab the 100's for mobile purpose is just perfect. Would love a 200 or 400 also down the road. Just do yourself a favor and find your use case and give BLUETTI a try- it won't disappoint.
I have 3 solar generators to suit my needs.
I use one AC200L (2048 Wh) and two AC180 (1152Wh) I live alone in a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1984 built house.
Completely disconnected from local power lines.Today's tech is fantantisic, I could not do what I am doing now 10 years ago, the tech was not there.
Fridge/Freezer 24/7, Microwave, computers, TV's, get this, I also do some metal fabrication work which includes welding, air compressor, grinding/cutting, shop lights, etc.
The reason why this works for me is because I live alone, I control the power usage and it works for me, if another lived here I would need a much bigger system.
I recharge with solar panels and I also use my generator on days required, I wish I had more of these or even the big house system but I am on fixed income and money is tight and I'm still paying off the AC200L in payments. I love the solar generators but i do wish they had option to light up when touched in the dark because that's when I'm always trying to plug a light into it and can not see anything because everything is Black, I would make these things bright and shiny, something to admire not hide in the dark.
Love the product, I Plan on getting more.
It works well
It works well. I wish I got more capacity but it is all good
90% satisfied.
As is almost always the case, more is better. I have the AC180 because it's numbers seemed to be a perfect fit for what we were wanting, a back up source for power outages that can last anywhere from 1 -6 hours.
We assumed we'd just need something to keep starlink internet alive, but have since learned that having the television helps alot too during night time outages. So, more watt hours would be so nice, output of 1800 watts is more than enough, so just an expansion battery would work. Other owners now talk about overheating problems with the DC expansion port, and that concerns me, it was always going to be the help I might need down the road, now not so sure. As it is alone, it is more than capable of running starlink and the Ooma phone for many many hours, just the television pretty much cuts in half run time. Still a satisfied customer however, after experiencing 2 ( 4 1/2 hour) outages, the ups feature worked flawlessly, no interuption.
Very pleased with the 4 items I have
Very pleased with the 4 items I have. But my one ac180 does have problems n the morning has the latest firmware but when tryn to switch to solar to charge n the morning it clicks on n off around 30 times before enough watt is seen my the solar panels. I think there should b a 20 watt regulator or something and than once it hits that it shouldn't go to sleep mode until night fall. My other newer year model ac180 doesn't have the problem at all. N I can't figure out why this one is different. But good products and great customer service.
Reliable and trusted
I’ve had an AC300 for a few years now, in use daily. It’s currently hooked up to two B300 an two B300K batteries. I rely on this for daily use as well as emergencies, and it has not let me down. I also have a few Elite 100 V2’s, an AC180, and an Elite 30. They all have their place acting as UPS units or portable on the go units. I’ve had other means and i’m gladiator switched to and stuck with Bluetti!
I bought the elite 100v2
I bought the elite 100v2. It’s great and I love it. Then the elite 200 v2 came out. I want the bigger elite 200v2. I will be using it in my small house and replacing the old house battery system in my pleasure way pop top camper van. I have a small Bluetti elite 30. I like the systems and how they work.
