Terrible for existing customers, We need a new bag for the kayak. It is a very large bag which no one else makes. It is listed as out of stock on the web site and has been for at least a year. They supply bags to new customers only. They have no interest in keeping existing customers. They kerp telling us to hunt for a third party bag on the internet which we have spent hours doing to no avail. We can not get the kayak to the water without a bag.

I just got my first kayak, and I'm thrilled! It's absolutely stunning, and the delivery was impressively fast and efficient.

A Kayak is large and logistics are hard, my motorised fishing kayak was very large and Bluewave managed to deliver quickly and efficiently. There was some minor snagging where a couple of bits had broken and Bluewave couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, resolving everything within 48 hours without quibble. I bought a Blue wave Cruiser Kayak 3 years ago, not used a lot due to time issues. However an easy to use craft which gives a stable and usually a fairly fast paddling experience. Mainly used on Bala Lake which often has wind issues and choppy, yesterday I took a guest and 6 year old child out, morning paddle 4/6mph wind, afternoon 14/20mph (it turns out according to Met Office) the headwind did become too much as we eventually ground to a halt. Just to say as an over 60s woman who is not all that confident on water that never for a moment did the Kayak feel unsafe considering the now confirmed wind speed, I would add that life jackets were worn by all on board and the child had the two side handles to hold onto if required between the adults . I wasn't planning on canoe/kayaking in those sort of wind speeds but more than pleased with the performance of the craft.
