We tried a few different insurance agencies both direct and on-line to get business insurance. Almost all were generic and the ones that responded had difficulty in understanding our business. Michael understood it and was able to get us insured with CoC same day. Excellent service and I recommend him.

Michael was really good at leading me through the insurance paperwork and got me great cover.

Almost 3 weeks to not receive a reply from this company after submitting an Insurance Application Form demonstrates poor customer service.
