I strongly advise others to avoid this online retailer.

The website is designed in a misleading way that makes it very easy to fall into offers and subscriptions you did not clearly intend to sign up for. The presentation of the “deals” feels deliberately confusing, and it’s clear the layout benefits the company at the customer’s expense.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, the experience only got worse. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for a problem caused by their own website design. There was no effort to resolve the situation fairly, only scripted responses and deflection.

This feels like a business model built around tricking customers rather than serving them.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be shopping here again. Avoid.

I placed an order for face masks months ago and they never arrived. I don’t even see that they ever dispatched. Beware! I am not convinced this is a legitimate company

DO NOT BUY from this company. They ship from China and it takes forever for the item to arrive. And if the item doesn't arrive, they refuse to refund. They will also won't tell ypu of they're upcoming subscription charge, so you end up with unwanted charges and products. DO NOT BUY!
