Such bad service

Such bad service. I ordered 2 weeks prior for birthday bouquet roses, was arrived after much chasing to DHL office 3 days after instead of the apartment for elderly lady. Never paying €50 with standard service for flower from them. Customer support call sent be back to online portal to make a claim. The claim was denied. Poor preparation.

SCAM!

SCAM!! stay a way from this BS store.

I bought flowers chocolate and a gift for my girlfriend brithday and it never arrived (70euros) and when i try to contact them from whatsapp there is not answer or any help, custom service is cero. i believe they still stilling money from people who don't know about it, but if you reading this better to go somewhere else.

Read the terms! They will only pretend to deliver to the door.

Please note that their stated policy is to leave the flowers at a DHL station if the flowers cannot be delivered at the door - and they will not supply any proof from DHL on why the flowers failed to be delivered. I am not surprised if the deliverer simply didn't even try to deliver them but went straight to the DHL station instead. They will call neither you nor the receiver before they take this action, neither will they ask you beforehand what you prefer they do in case they cannot deliver the flowers, and they will certainly not make another delivery attempt. It is extremely humiliating to ask your loved ones to go to a DHL packstation to pick up the bouquet you arranged to be delivered for them.

I also unfortunately see now that I had purchased from them years ago and forgot about it... That time, the bouquet had completely different flowers than in the picture and was significantly smaller (I had bought the largest). They reply to the reviews here and ask people to contact them so they can make up for their mistakes, but what they offered last time was just a gift card - why would I purchase from a place that had bad quality goods and services from the first place?

I was considering bloomon.de and I wish I had purchased from them instead, or anywhere else, really. Regardless, I am writing down *not* to buy from blumenshop this time so I will remember it forever.

Very bad service

Very bad service, very bad communication on the website when you place your order.
I've placed my order on the 30th of September.
I wanted to send flowers to my mum's birthday, after 5 days she still didn't received the flowers. The customer service says after all: "We regret that you wish to complain about your order."
Never order from here!!!

Flowers to Wolfenbuttel Germany

I have ordered fliwers to be sent to
my daughter in Germanyseveral times but am very disappointed this time. Though the bouquet, roses, lisianthus,
fephiniums and gerberas was lovely
and dekivered on Tuesday they lasted
only till Friday so disappointed. May
I sugged that perhaps, especially in
warm summer weather, you could
send buds not full blown flowers so
as to have a chance of fulfilling
your ‘seven day freshness’. I don’t
know if it was the fault of dhl transport.

Smooth Flower delivery

I was able to send my sister who's in Germany flowers, being in another country. The whole experience went smoothly, from picking the bouquet online, paying for it, and receiving the confirmation from both Blumenshop and DHL, for the delivery.
It took about 24 hours from the purchase to the delivery, as promised by the website.
The surprise delivery made my sister's day, and it was a very emotional moment for the both of us, being apart. So thank you Blumenshop for making my sister's day.

Little side note: I ordered 40 red roses and received 36, but the overall experience made it alright.

Broken vase, missing chocolates.

Very disappointing experience with Blumenshop. I ordered 40 long stemmed roses, a special vase, card and chocolates for my daughter's graduation in Germany (I am in Australia). Upon delivery, the vase was broken and the chocolates were missing. The company asked me for a photo of the vase, which I couldn't provide as it had been thrown in the bin by staff. There was no refund, credit or apology given. Poor communication too.

Avoid Blumenshop like the plague!

I ordered flowers for my seriously ill friend in Germany.
The flowers were meant to be delivered to Marion Hospital in Germany. The friend's name and ward number were correctly given.

My friend never received the flowers, the hospital informed me that no flowers had been delivered and DHL said they had opened a claim.

I have emailed blumenshop several times but they have been unhelpful and rude. They have not been able to provide proof that the flowers were received by any person at the hospital. They have not apologised for their failure to delivery these flowers and they have not provided a refund.

Avoid this company like the plague.

Gave this company one star only because Most of the flowers were dead and the remaining ones were well on the way to being dead.…

Gave this company one star only because I couldn’t give it zero stars. Ordered flowers from Scotland for my aunt’s 80th birthday. She lives in Koblenz. Flowers did arrive on the day I requested delivery. Best part of the flowers was the vase I ordered with them! My aunt called to say she had received them and didn’t sound too excited. She eventually told me that they were very poor. Had to throw most of them out and the remaining ones looked like they had been lying about for a couple of weeks. By her description didn’t sound at all like the flowers I had ordered! She called the business who were unhelpful and said she could send a photograph of them. She is an 80 year old woman and has no idea how to do that. No real apology or suggestion of a refund. I have emailed the business myself and am awaiting a reply. Very, very disappointed. This was a special birthday and living so far away it is the only way I have of wishing my aunt a happy birthday.

This company should be CLOSED DOWN. Worst experience ever of trying to send a loved one flowers. They did not arrive. I was blamed for giving the wrong address- I had not ! DHL didn't even bother to complete info as to what had happened to the delivery. Blumenshop took NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER CARE. No offer of compensation or money returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Fraud, be careful. Scammers

Fraud, I've lost money. :(

I had to order flowers from this store for my mom for her birthday. I had to order delivery as I am in another country. The gift consisted of a flower, a vase and a gift cup.
On the day of delivery I received a notification that the recipient refused to receive it.
I immediately called my mom, she said that nothing came. She was in a neighboring house, the residents at the address said that the courier was not there. Despite the fact that her phone number was listed, no one called.
I contacted the support of the store, with a request to either send the podraco again, or to indicate where it can be picked up. The manager rudely replied that they will not send anything! As the flowers are spoiled, and did not say where to go to pick up the gifts. When I asked about the vasha and the cup - they repeated that orders are not sent again, and now it will stay with them.
I am surprised!!! I have not seen such a wild service anywhere! I lost 105 Euros! And ruined my mom's birthday! My day!
And the fact that I'm now wasting my time writing warnings to other customers is horrible!
In other words, be careful!

Betrug, ich habe Geld verloren :(

Ich musste bei diesem Geschäft Blumen für meine Mutter zum Geburtstag bestellen. Ich musste die Lieferung bestellen, da ich in einem anderen Land bin. Das Geschenk bestand aus einer Blume, einer Vase und einem Geschenkbecher.
Am Tag der Lieferung erhielt ich eine Benachrichtigung, dass der Empfänger die Lieferung nicht annehmen wollte.
Ich rief sofort meine Mutter an, sie sagte, es sei nichts gekommen. Sie war in einem Nachbarhaus, die Bewohner der Adresse sagten, der Kurier sei nicht da. Obwohl ihre Telefonnummer angegeben war, rief niemand an.
Ich wandte mich an den Kundendienst des Ladens mit der Bitte, das Podraco entweder erneut zu versenden oder anzugeben, wo es abgeholt werden kann. Der Geschäftsführer antwortete mir unhöflich, dass sie nichts schicken werden! Da die Blumen verdorben sind, und sagte nicht, wo man die Geschenke abholen kann. Als ich nach dem Vasha und der Tasse fragte, wiederholten sie, dass die Bestellungen nicht mehr verschickt werden, und dass sie jetzt bei ihnen bleiben.
Ich bin überrascht!!! Ich habe noch nirgendwo so einen wilden Service gesehen! Ich habe 105 Euro verloren! Und den Geburtstag meiner Mutter ruiniert! Meinen Tag!
Und die Tatsache, dass ich jetzt meine Zeit damit verschwende, Warnungen an andere Kunden zu schreiben, ist furchtbar!
Mit anderen Worten: Seien Sie vorsichtig!

Living in the US with a daughter in…

Living in the US with a daughter in Germany it’s nice to send flowers just not from here.

These are the facts from the last three days
Sent her flowers thru here
Have used them before without issue
This time however, the bouquet of sunflowers arrived dead…she tried to contact them they refused to work with her because she did not send them … I did…
I contacted them the following day..no answer til the following day and they told me “at the time of delivery”the warranty is over…

They refused to make it right…
Very poor customer service…
I am so far away …. It’s difficult anyway, but them having no concern for this unprofessional customer service will not happen with my money again…

I’ve worked in retail as a Manager for 14+ years dealing with customers in many situations…..this is no way to handle a disappointed customer ….
and that is what it was…

Don’t use them you will be disappointed

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with blumenshop.com. I ordered flowers online from Canada to be delivered to a home address in Germany for a birthday surprise. Instead of delivering them to the specified address, they sent the flowers to a DHL pickup location. It was a Friday, and since the DHL pickup place is closed on weekends, the recipient could only pick up the flowers on Monday. This completely ruined the surprise and the flowers were no longer fresh.

This company clearly should not be in the online flower delivery business. Their lack of attention to detail and poor service ruined a special occasion. This was my first and definitely the last time using blumenshop.com. I do not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and timely flower delivery.

Very satisfied.

I'm shocked to see either 5 stars or 1 star here!
To be honest I give it 5 stars because their service was simply great!
The flowers arrived on time, came in a box, well protected, fresh and very beautifully organized.
I cannot complain and frankly do recommend them and will order from them on my next occasion.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Sent some flowers for my pregnant friend. She was at home all day and then I got the email that they take the flowers to their pick up centre. Why did I have to give them my friend’s phone number then?

When I raise the issue (this is already 5 days after arranged delivery), they give all the bs excuses and links that ‘prove’ they ‘told us in advance’. What kind if customer service is this especially in the 21st century? The whole point was for them to be delivered as a surprise. Now my pregnant friend can go to the pick up centre and pick up her 5 days old flowers.

Don’t order from here!

Incredibly bad service

Incredibly bad service, during delivery and afterwards from customer service. After a month, still no flowers are delivered and the customer service will not be of any help. Big failures from both the delivery service and false information we have received from Blumershop.de about the delivery status.

Also, we have not received any call from either the delivery guy or the customer service which could have solved it within a minute. Not even a complaint was filed against the delivery service who just don't deliver or call if they are unable to find an address.
I am sorry for the employees that are apparently not allowed or fit to think for themselves. Just another typical case of "computer says no"-employees. As flexible as a brick wall and really inconsiderate.

Horrible experience overall

Horrible experience overall. I wanted to send flowers to my friend, who lives in Düsseldorf. The Flowers was not delivered and was sent to the post office. I was asked to go to collect the flowers from the post office. I live in Qatar and obviously I can’t go and collect the flowers. I was not offered any solution by customer service as well. Do not ever use this company
