I bought BLUNT umbrellas over 12 years ago when they had a lifetime warranty. The Metro needed repairs but the old model wasn't repairable, so the BLUNT team gave 40% off my purchase of a new one. I think given they are a very expensive umbrella in the first place and was lifetime warranty, should have been a better discount. The umbrella itself are of high quality and great design.

My order was missed and it required me to contact the company to see what was wrong after purchasing the umberrlla 2 weeks prior.

A quality, expensive umbrella with replacement parts available... great concept.
The two that I have are good umbrellas.
Unfortunately acquiring parts, in this case a replacement canopy, has proven to be waste of time.
10 weeks, multiple emails, and the wrong item delivered.

Such a great design and colour. Decided to buy one as I have seen my friends one and my daughters new one. The thought that they can deal with strong winds and won't take out an eye were all pluses to me

Quick free shipping. This is my second purchase from Blunt. The first one had a 5-year World wide warranty. This one has only 2-year warranty. I hope the quality is still very good.

I bought my fifth Blunt umbrella recently - this time for a friend. As usual, it was an easy process to choose, buy and check out. The delivery was reasonably fast.

I have bought more than one Blunt, because I love them. They are sturdy and the ... blunt edges should be mandatory! The designs are also gorgeous. Recommended.

Classic umbrella looks great, however it arrived with a broken tip. Took 2 days to respond to email enquiry and offer to send replacement parts. Been waiting over two weeks for replacement part to arrive. Given it was a new purchase I think at the very least they could have sent the replacement parts express post.
