I love my new umbrella
I love my new umbrella. Its perfect for bus commutes. I dont have to fight with it! It pops up and packs down super easy.

Green in colour, green in nature
dispatched immediately and I was kept updated via tracking alerts. Arrived safely in robust and recyclable packaging. I particularly like the thought gone into how to repurpose the plastic end as a phone stand. Love the collab with Karen Walker colour and design.

Great website and service, wonderful umbrella
The web site was great, ordering was simple and fast, delivery was prompt, the packaging is so good it's almost worth keeping, and the umbrella is even better than I imagined. I got the green Karen Walker-designed metro one and I love it to bits for it's size, its looks, its robustness, and ability to keep out the rain.

Great service & great product.
It was easy to order online.
Discount code was much appreciated.
It arrived promptly. We were well informed about delivery.
Product is excellent. Most of the family have one now.
Unfortunately it (the Metro) turned out to be too heavy for the elderly recipient.

Fast and convenient
Fast and convenient. Great packaging. No real competition on price with retailers which I always look for. Don’t agree with companies forcing retailers to stick to the same price. The free market is meant to be free after all. Pleased with product if not politics!
