I ordered 3 item from your website and…

I ordered 3 item from your website and I am very disappointed by your carelessness, I got one product which is called lip and cheek claze completely empty there is nothing inside, I got only the cover which is very shocking for me. I think you guys are not rechecking your products before sending to the customers. Iwant to return it and ask for refund but I don't know how to do it, and kindly tell me how to return it I want a refund. I hope you guys will check this review.

Never order from here

Blur is honestly a joke. I ordered 3 products and the kajal showed up BROKEN. Do they not know what packaging is? For a brand that pretends to be ‘premium,’ this is just embarrassing. Zero quality check, zero responsibility. What’s worse? I’ve already written so many mails with complaints and STILL no action from their side. Clearly, they don’t care about customers. Don’t waste your money here – you’ll just pay full price for damaged goods and get ignored. Never ordering again.

DISAPPOINTED

First of all, I do not like the quality of their makeup pouch, and to sell it for 500? It's outrageous. Second, I bought their lipliner/ kajal in white, the cap is broken. Third, I did not get the stickers everyone else has been getting when they buy their lip oil. I was so excited for the delivery but I am left disappointed. Now I am thinking of returning this order.

Value for money

I recently purchased blur lipstick and to my surprise it was actually too smooth and great texture, it stayed all day and got a lot of compliments from colleagues. Appreciable products. Highly recommended..👍🏻
