Very disappointing – Express shipping promise not kept

★☆☆☆☆ — Very disappointing experience

I placed an order with Blushed Bow on October 8, 2026, and paid €256.90, including an additional €43.95 for express shipping, which was advertised as taking a maximum of 3–4 days.

It has now been 12 days, and I still have not received my order.

I contacted the company several times by email and messages, but I did not receive satisfactory assistance or a timely resolution.

I paid extra specifically for fast delivery, but the promised delivery timeframe was not respected.

My advice to other customers: Think carefully before paying extra for express shipping. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery delays and customer service.
