Awful experience

Awful experience! Avoid this company like the plague. We have ported all our business lines to them and they are all down due to the set up procedure. We have called them numerous times along with emails. No response. Avoid.

APPALLING

APPALLING, CONSTANT AND UNSOLICITED SPAM EMAILS. No response when I have emailed asking to be removed from 'Sam Ainsworth's' email list. This intrusive and unprofessional company is to be avoided at all costs (that's if you DO have any say in the matter, which I didn't!).

New Customer to Blu Sky

Excellent customer service Rachel Warburton was brilliant saw me through the transition from my previous provider retained my number which was excellent. So far my experience with Blu Sky is fantastic hope this continues which I am sure it will.

We have had a dreadful experience…

We have had a dreadful experience working with Blu Sky - although their customers services department are very cheerful they actually have no power to get the services they sell you up and running effectively. And be very careful when they tell you you have to use Propel Finance to get the contract up and running that you have a mirror of the agreement to the letter of what you are expecting to receive. Also note if they say they'll buy our your existing lease line they won't pay you for it. At least we're still waiting for them to pay out on the service they said they'd buy us out of. They don't have a contactable accounts department either.

BLU SKY GROUP LTD- FORMALLY BLUSKY SOLUTIONS ...... AVOID !

After 2 years I'm still waiting for a refund made up early termination fees and line rental discounts just under £700 . Even went down the ombudsman route , who ruled in my favour and added another £200 to the amount they owe me . They've even ignored the Ombudsman ... Please avoid them , they are an absolutely terrible company who offer you everything to get you to change and deliver nothing but empty promises . I'm now going down the route of small claims court , so much hassle you've caused me in response to a contract taken out in good faith .

You can change your name but still giving the bad service you did before

Great Phones and Customer Service!

I'm really pleased with the new phones that I received from Blu Sky. I've been a customer for around 6 months now and I'm delighted with the customer service and the functionality of the phones.
