Do not order - I ordered a pair of off white trainers and they sent me some random black trainers instead and the quality is absolutely terrible!!!

Ordered January 8th. Package still hasn't arrived, April 20th. Emailed company countless times. They say package is in "your country" without a tracking number. I am to contact Canada Post to get more info on the package location. Right. Without a tracking number or shipping label. Don't bother with this company. If IF my package arrives, the item won't even be in style anymore because it's been so long!!! Wish me luck with the refund request.

If I order a replica of anything, I am SUPER picky about every part of it.
First thing, my package had a return address labeled John Doe! The shirt was not the one I ordered or the size I ordered. Also, their tags SUCK! Wouldn't recommend!

I’m absolutely disgusted by this ‘company’, that may I add have copied everything from an actual designer, but more to the point I placed an order 19th of feb but after reading these awful reviews I messaged them to cancel my order and issue me a refund which they replied to and told me they’d cancelled it and my refund would arrive within 7-10 days. It’s the 17th of March and I’m still waiting for my refund I’ve emailed them 3 times since asking for an update on my refund as it hasn’t yet arrived and had absolutely NO RESPONSE! I also thought it was weird that you can only pay through PayPal. I wouldn’t waste your time or money on this fake company the customer service is disgusting and I will be reporting them. I’m appalled!

I have ordered my shoes from these guys in early Jan. It took 2 months for them to even ship my order. Once I get a confirmation that its shipped you can't even track your package. Once the shoes arrived it wasn't even what I originally ordered. This replica company is a total mess don't spend your money on this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes and two belts and emailed them after a month of no tracking order and then two months later after no tracking number I asked for a refund and they reluctantly gave me my refund saying my order was lost in customs... yeah right.

I have ordered several products, with over a 100 dollar amount paid. Today, March 2 2021, makes a year from my order. I have nothing but scammed. Nothing arrived, no answer. I went to my local police station and to my public hall administration, but they can´t do anything about. PLEASE, Please do not order from this page.

Ordered a supreme belt in December of 2020. And still haven’t got it. Even emailed them to see where it’s at and I asked for the tracking number. They said they didn’t have a tracking number. But they said it was in the states. But it’s been like 2 months ago it should of been here. So got my money back. Will never do business with this store ever again. It’s a scam....

Ordered product and company shipped to incorrect address. They keep saying it is my responsibility to contact USPS. They continue to email me claiming it is on me. I have disputed the charges. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company. I should have been suspicious when they only take paypal as payment. It makes me wonder why (is it for tax benefits?). If you have had a bad experience with this company, do everyone a favor and file a complaint on the BBB website.

I ordered a LV supreme sweat shirt & LV Velour tack jackets over 3 weeks ago for my sons 18th Birthday - 3 weeks later and numerous emails telling me to be patient - I have requested a refund via PayPal - I wish I had read the review in the 1st instance, wasted my time & money as had to order elsewhere but at least I know they will turn up from HypeUnique - disgusting that this company is ripping the public off - the only good reviews are fake - real customers have given poor reviews

yes so i get that a lot of people dislike this website, but think it this way:
More people that had bad experiences write reviews and that are obviosly fake so why do yoe expect exeedingly good quality. Also btw there is a global pandemic wich probably also causes problems.

I bought a pair of jordans and after an eternity they actually arrived which is nice. So i actually didnt have any bad experiences with bvlcks.
