I ordered a pair of shoes #6277 and it’s been exactly one month today, i have yet to receive a tracking number or anything, i have sent NUMEROUS emails asking for details or a size change. i would LOVE to hear back. but besides that, the prices are nice and the website is easy to navigate. if i get an update i will let yall know
Terrible customer service. Website advises that delivery takes 7-10 business days. My order took just under a month to arrive. Trying to get an update on my order was very difficult - they don't reply to emails and rarely reply to livechat. I was sent a DHL tracking number which didn't work, as my item had been shipped via Royal Mail. I wanted to exchange the item (or simply return it and purchase a bigger size) but there's no return address to be found anywhere on the website and there was no packing slip. Again, no response to emails or ANY of the numerous attempts to reach them on livechat. If they do ever reply, I suspect they are going to say that I am now outwith the return window, so I'm stuck with a pair of shoes which don't fit. The only positive is that the shoes did arrive but don't expect any after sales service whatsoever and if you need to return anything - you can't! I have no faith in this being a legit operation. I paid via PayPal, so I'm hoping they might be able to help... Avoid!
My shoes just came in today, they are really good quality and look almost exactly like the real ones! I ordered the bapestas, there are only 1-2 details that are not completely similar, but thats okay. The only thing that i didn‘t like was the DHL delivery. It took longer than expected and my package was completely mashed, but thats not the company‘s fault. All in all great experience!

they don't want to solve the problem, they just look for excuses
and the end of the conversation is that you misused the shoes and the quality is not the problem.

He never said that he would change the shoes, if he had said that I would have accepted it. He said he would have to contact the factory. To which I: I don't care, because I bought the shoes from you, not from the factory. He hasn't applied since then.

Hello,
We can see that you purchased 4 pairs with us in over 12 months. Order n. #3988, #4275, #4505, and you never had any problem with us as you kept purchasing multiple times. The shoe you are referring to did NOT "broke" after 2 months but after 6 months you used them as order #4505 was made in February. And from the pictures you sent they just had simple creases on them.
We also answered to all your aggressive messages and we did contact the factory as promised to get a replacement and we were successful to get a replacement but when we offered the replacement your exact words were: "I don't care about the manufacturer" "Look at it, then throw it in the trash". So this review is definitely deceiving and false as we did offer a replacement and we did offer to fix the problem with the sneakers even thought they were definitely misused. Also if we are a scam we don't understand why keep buying 4 pairs of sneakers from us in over an year.
