Do not buy!!!! Cant give 0 starts so had to give one. These are junk. Worked about a day and died. They only give a 30 day warranty so buyer beware!!! Do yourself a favor and just pay evil Apple for ones that work.
Do not buy these. The shipping is woeful but more importantly the pods are dire. They do not work. Avoid at all costs.
I gave a higher score because when the part of my order did arrive, it was good. The problem is that there were two pods ordered as presents , and I have spent a lot of time chasing them for that second delivery or simply a refund.
I have supplied them with copies of the confirmation email with order numbers etc on it, which they cannot find on their own systems. However, I can confirm they have taken my cash.
For the time wasted, the complete lack of ability to fix these basic delivery issues, and the disappointment of missing giving a present, I now wish that I had gone elsewhere and paid a little bit more for customer service.
Today I have written again asking for the last time to their email address, after which I guess that I need to accept the feeling of having being scammed.

Unfortunately, the fact is that it is difficult for us to see exactly which processing phase your order is in. Of course, the earlier deadlines that you have been told have been the time frame that we thought your order should arrive within. In this case, unfortunately, we must admit that we just did not come with correct estimated time of arrival.
We will receive a new container of goods tomorrow morning, which we have a bunch of staff ready to handle. It will give a big boost and I am therefore convinced that your order will therefore leave our warehouse late tomorrow or early the day after.

Had them in 2 weeks but 1 pod was not working. Send an email and got a quick reply if I wanted new ones or my money back. We choose for wanting new ones. On 13 and 19 November ask themfor if they already send them because I did not got a track and trace number. Reply on 20 November that they had a delaybut the expected new ones the coming week. Week further and still nothing. Email again on 28 november but still they had a delay problem. And they weren now expected next week and then they will send them. Still no news on December 11. Got a reply on December 13 :

But after this email I received no new pods but also no reply’s on my emails December 20, 28, January 5, 9 and today. This really is redickeless. This is not even worth 1 star.
Scam business.
Ordered and paid for 2 pairs. After a huge delay in delivery I contacted them and was told I could cancel my order, which I did

It dont Work. Only the right pod plays. And no support. The manual is useless. They dont do refound. And support is impossible to find watt of money
