Purchased a custom wallet for my wife

Purchased a custom wallet for my wife. The zipper stalls a quarter of the way and there’s smudges on the photos printed to the wallet. I contacted the company and their only willing to give me 15% of my money back for a product they should’ve inspected prior to being sent out.
Website return policy states they will give FULL refunds if product is damaged or doesn’t arrive. So why are they trying to low ball me with 15% back? Not professional and very unsatisfied with this business.

Wonderful gift!

My husband purchased my purse for me for Christmas. I absolutely LOVE it. The quality is great and I would highly encourage anyone looking to order!

Loved the puppy purses!

I ordered the puppies pictures on the purses for all the gals in my family for Christmas, they all Loved their purses, I also included the pups that passed away, and the ladies just Loved that! Also made a great memory for them, I will buy from this company again!

I`m giving them a 1 star & I shouldn`t…

I`m giving them a 1 star & I shouldn`t even give them that. I ordered a purse on December 3,2022. Never got an email or anything but they damn sure got their money from my bank account. I emailed them & I have NOT received an email back in no response of a tracking number or ANYTHING. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this company. They don`t even have a phone number on their website & oh, DON`T TRY TO EMAIL THEM.

They Don't return emails and No…

They Don't return emails and No Customer Service phone number at all.
This has been a Big Waiste of time and money and now with have to contact my bank to get my money Refunded!

Notice how all the one star reviews have the same auto response. This is a scam!!

I ordered mine back on 10/8 still nothing i get tracking updates but yet it seems to sit at a "facility" now going on 3 weeks and UPS is the one that is "suppose" to pick up. Now we all know UPS is not going to let a package sit that wrong unless the tracking system is all bogus!!

They are make such beautiful memories…

They are make such beautiful memories and absolutely spectacular purses what get me to purchase this magnificent purse love for all animals specially for people who love them all I have 6 rescue one pass away and I order one when I receive my first purse I was in heaven absolutely gorgeous and high quality so I order wallet with names of my animals and one more purse becose they completely different from evry companies...thank you for thinking about some things different to create I love them so much and I have print my late dog on one purse so like they say he never walk alone I keep him with me all the time what beautiful memories thank you again and have a wonderful Christmas and happy new year and millions sales ...thank you so much your costumer Beata Gorley
