Cracking customer service. We are doing an extensive pub and restaurant refurbishment and BM helped us with all our ironmongery requirements. Can honestly say nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Robert has twice come to our flat to do repairs. He is quite exceptional in all he does - polite, helpful, reliable, trustworthy and a very good worker. His electrician put in a new fuse box with all the test certificates etc. Very highly recommended.

Woman in front of me had 125 pounds worth of stuff loads cashier makes a mistake puts cash instead of card the whole thing has to be refunded so manager tells cashier to open till 5 and she just shouts till 5 and everyone jumps in front of me because my stuff is out of my basket waiting to go through the manager didn't even have the decency to put my stuff through before doing fefund and to add insult to injury she puts the people behind me through will not be going to that store again parkhead retail park manager couldn't manage a monoge she just a joke

Had to do a return at the same time buy some other items.
Quickly found the items I wanted.
The quality of the items were great
for the price.
Will certainly return
