I bought BM50 air purifier for the bedroom! I greatly appreciated the quick and efficient delivery! The customer service and advice from the team was super helpful and responsive! Prompt delivery of air purifier. Pretty much does what is advertised. Best part is that it's quiet! However, the instructions could be clearer e.g. how to link the appliance to the phone; and clarifying how to link it to an air quality monitoring device (and which ones are compatible. As it lacks air quality monitoring, it's unclear how well it works but I'm keeping faith. I bought it primarily for its VOC removal capability.
It is an excellent air purifier, cleaning the air and removing odour effectively. The noise level is acceptable for sleeping when set to default 3, while setting to max 10 would purify the air much quicker. The only drawback to me is that it does not include an air quality sensor.
Service was great from start to Finnish. Easy to contact for updates on delivery and everything was packaged neatly.
I bought the models BM10 and BM100.
I used the BM10 in my car and in a small room as it's portable and can clean air and smell in a smaller area. Very handy and does the Job well.
As for the BM100, it removed new furniture smell and wall paint smell effectively and in a short time, so I would say it's worth the higher pricing.
Also bonus for quick delivery.
