Paid off my loan. Didn't even get an acknowledgement by email. Was promised a certificate proving no part ownership, nothing happened. Chased and was sent one with garbled incorrect licence plates.... See more

This company don’t answer the phone, I have tried on 4 separate occasions over a period of 10 days to ring and speak to customer service only to be be kept on hold for up to 30 minutes before being cut off. Whoever is in charge needs to get a grip.

BWM Financial Services have been the worst company I have ever dealt with in 40 years of being on this planet. The problem started when I wanted to give the car back in line with the credit consumer act. They made it as hard as possible to end the agreement and return their car, in the end I had to dump their vehicle at a BMW dealership as I was getting nowhere with them. After this the asked for a mileage payment which I duly paid as it was part of the agreement, then they claimed damages to the car, this took 3 years to rectify and in the meantime BMW registered defaults on my credit file. Eventually they removed all defaults and offered a pitiful £100, I accepted to bring the matter to an end. But that wasn't the end! They are now righting to me every 3 months stating I owe them £100 for the last 3 years! Unbelievable! Following my complaints they say I have no valid complaint and I don't owe anything and deny sending any letters demanding £100! Absolutely insanity
I have had cars through BMW finance for some years now, been loyal though BMW haven’t been with me, payments have never been misses bearing in mind I have 2 cars with them, I have never had a financial holiday ever even all the way through COVID, and after recently applying for finance again I was asked for bank statements for 3months, contract of employment showing all me earnings and numeration, never heard anything like it, no way on earth I am going to give this sort of information and access to my banking, and is against GDPR I think, absolutely disgusting way I have been treated, only need to look at my history with them and see it is pristine, I will never use BMW finance again and neither the dealership Sytner Sheffield who are so underhanded and greedy, if this is the way a buisiness treats there loyal customers I don’t want to know
