M3 CIC & M135i SatNav Update
Tony is a superb guy with excellent customer service. Whether it's weekday, weekends or evenings, he replies ASAP. He also helps you with everything until you have the update installed.
I couldn't download the files due to compatibility problems with my MacBook and the files I needed to download but we arranged for USB sticks and they worked perfect.
I will continue being a customer for all my future updates!

and fast help using email, when Transcend usb stick corrupted data all the time :/ . Then got advice to use Kingston 32 USB stick and that was it!

Brilliant Service
Thanks to Tony I now have 2015 Premium up and running. Being a bit simple(!) I did not quite follow all the instructions and had problems with the downloads but Tony showed immense patience in getting me sorted (including calling to chat things through) and now all is good.
