first time purchase - great experience
I'm about as new and they can get in this field.......never owned a BMW before and 2 days after buying one I placed an order with bmwnavigation. They were great, and answered all of my basic and pedantic questions via skype. Two days after placing the order online, the USB's arrived and were a piece of cake to install.
I'd highly recommend this company, a brilliant service and the price is pretty good too!

After searching through many companies on the net I decided to go with bmwnavigation.co.uk. I made the right choice for both price and customer support. I purchased BMW Road Map Europe Premium West 2015-2 for my BMW F10 2012. I received step by step instructions on installing to USB stick and then onto the car. All of this was done with live customer support at gone 11pm at night, brilliant.

My new (used) vehicle purchase came with the mid-west navigation cd and the older v25 software. Locating this site and choosing the correct cds, as well as the free navi base software upgrade, was a real value. The package arrived in a tough, well-padded bag and the cds work perfectly.

Outstanding Service
I was not sure whether I needed CD's or DVD's Bmwnavigation guided me through. Then either UK or Spanish postal services decided not to deliver two out of three times. All Bmwnavigation were concerned with was they got me up and running.
