its a scam. they didnt payout my withdraw.

Payment has been pending for about 10 days now and I cannot get in touch with support.

Website that used to be real went Market Fraud

From reading user experience, while experiencing my own - It seems this website used to be official.
Then over time, users cannot withdraw - they cannot contact host.
The site is dead, users are making free money to a fraud.
Bad stuff, for real.
Stay working together people, to next person who reads this, just give up on this scammer you had hope, move on. It is not your fault. Its our governments.

Yes..they didn' t pay.You cant contact them.I have some problems exactly the post users hear.An withdrawl its in pending almost 2 weeks maybe much more.But the most frustrating fact its you cant send an email.

Bnbpayu.com seems to either be a scam or no longer operating. FAQ doesn’t exist, no contacts no help platform. Withdrawal requests are pending. How can a legit platform operate without customer service contacts. The FAQ and contacts don’t exist. This is open scamming to its members who have been mining effortlessly. It should be legally removed if it is scamming innocent miners and face legal consequences. I redeemed the points in February 2025, and they still not paid it. The site is saying they are waiting for email confirmation. I have not received any email from them. I tried it again today. It is saying already one is pending, so could not not go forward again now for redeeming/withdrawing.

I withdrawal on Feb 15 ,still the transaction is in pending. Looking like they have closed their operations. So kindly be safe and don't use this fake website

Sasnak11 is my account on bnb I just won the survey contest so if you would kindly fix my issue id appreciate it as this is my 2nd attempt to send first one vanished off my balance but is still pending. I have .98 almost a whole bnb in my account I had went to send another payment before but didn’t have access to my iCloud email due to running out of iCloud space and I couldn’t verify after regaining access as the confirm email never showed up. Now I have access to my email again and I went to send my new amount of bnb and it won’t let me send because it says I have a pending payment from before which is like .08 bnb but I can’t get a new confirmation to send my old one because there is no way to resend the confirmation email or contact this company. So now I have around 600$ or more F bnb sitting there I can’t get access to.

Hello Truspilot user. I deposited 0.1BNB into bnbpayu.com to purchase a permanent mining package. I used that money and purchased two mining packages, however until now I still don't see the mining speed added. I have send an email requesting help and I am waiting for their respone!

Update: After 3 days, I got two permanent TH/S mining speed packages. Thanks Bnbpayu team support!
