We started a project with BN Digital and they are so awesome that we have now 3 or more projects ongoing with them. They are great and we are so happy to have found them, and are using them for all our needs that they can help with. Ilona is a great designer and the communication is super. I have nothing negative to say about BN Digital. Their whole team is great. I highly recommend BN Digital.
BN Digital, led by Aleks Buravlov and his team, did an excellent job, meeting all project specification, timing, budget, and professional support requirements. The agency carefully made sure to discuss via video conference all aspects of the project in advance, asking about the project's objectives, target users, and what success should look like. The agency was always professional in tone and manner. Each team member possessed the requisite expertise.
BN team are the BEST designers! They are quick to deliver very high-quality design work. We used them for mobile app screen designs as well as logos and rebranding of our company presence. I would highly recommend BN to anyone!"
Started with BN Digital for an app, And my story is,
First: They gave me a project manager (Eugene) that you need to repeat the same sentence to him 10 times so he understands, with that being said, they fired him.
Secondly: got me a new one (Yaroslav) even though I paid 2000 USD for the work which was not even correlated to what we needed, we got another project manager and finished on good terms (even though overpaid already).
Third: Then coming back to them to finish the missing designs, they assign a kid, redoing the minor work since we finished the heavy load, most of the work is duplicated pages with a lot of missing icons, mistakes, etc., after all of this my bill was 5300 USD with another 1080 USD they are claiming which I emphasized that your hours that you placed are not my fault as they want to charge me for the incorrect designs and mistakes which they spent time on it.
Please avoid, lack of communication, professionalism, and to top it all, we signed an NDA, guess what? The work is published online so there is no point in honoring anything with them.
point being of my review, If you seek to design without having problems then your off with any other design team other than them, the pain I had to endure with them is actually not worth it and i had to redesign the whole thing as the UX/UI from both 2 project managers, 2 designers don't match as many players were involved within this project.
Plus, most of the portfolios these agencies claim to have done are fake, So be careful.
Bad experience, never to come back.
