Very good product and they stand behind it

I have been buying from here for a few months now. The first time my package got lost or something (shippers fault) and Boundless sent a new one to me in 2 days. Great customer service and the prices aren't terrible either.

The smaller pen delivers very high quality hits of shatter. It's the best delivery system I've found to date.

I recently switched to the terp pen XL by Boundless Tech and I love it! I will never use my Yocan devices ever again. The design of the terp pen XL's coil in particular is what I love the most. Whether you get the original or spring for the XL like I did, I can assure you, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered the TpXL on a Thursday got it on Tuesday that’s fast! Enjoying it now takes a lil while to figure it out, wouldn’t take a charge at first still don’t know how to change temp’s!

Product is quality, though overpriced. Delivery costs are also way too high for tiny accessories that can fit in a small envelope... Come on guys!

This is my experience with Boundless. I got the original pen from a different company, absolutely loved it. Ordered from Boundless directly and shipping was quick, but I seem to be having various problems with the XL I recieved and I haven't gotten a response in nearly a week. The phone number is useles and just tells you to email them... which clearly doesn't help if they don't reply. I believe my unit is faulty and I've just been waiting for a response and for that reason I do not recommend Boundless, or at least dealing with them directly, and I cannot until they address my issues as well as the other customers they seem to be doing the same thing to.
EDIT: Support responded before this post went live. I am not sure if they were backlogged or what, but they offered an apropriate solution. Will update once replacement arrives.

Here is my experience. The XL is a bad product. I however, enjoy the original terp pen so I ordered replacement coils. I got a shipment notification on 9/26. As of October 4th, I hadn't received my shipment. I emailed per their instruction and as of October 11th, no response and no product. Called their number which is worthless, it is a voice message telling you to email them, which results in no response. As such, I will not purchase another product from Boundless, but will invest my money in other, more highly rated products which may care for their customers more than Boundless appears to.

I'd rather not have had the experience, I'd rather have my coils, but it was an easy fix.

Over the of the course of the past two years I have purchased at least eight Terp pens from boundless technology and in the couple cases where I had a warranty issue with a pen not working they were super responsive and sent me a replacement pen right away. The specific agent that helped me is Carolina Rodriguez and she was responsive and processed the exchange quickly and without question.
