I bought DYRUP ROBUST GL
I bought DYRUP ROBUST GL. 05 (color 8014) but I got ral 9010 and I used it and I realized that this is not what I ordered!
Furthermore , When I ordered I didn’t get any confirmation letter, I called them and asked them to send it again and they said we will do it but I didn’t get it and they said we have shipped your order don’t worry you will get it soon!
So now I have no proof to show them what I ordered and if I call them definitely they say you ordered ral 9010!
But I am sure it is their mistake or something wrong from their system.

Det er med stor beklagelse at din følgeseddel ikke er kommet frem. Der har været vedlagt en plukseddel i din pakke. Via e-mail korr. har vi eftersendt dokumentation for at du har bestilt Ral 9010.
Som sagt er det muligt at returnere iht. handelsbetingelserne, og du har ret til fortrydelse såfremt varen ikke er brudt.
Vi står selvfølgelig til rådighed såfremt der ønskes hjælp hertil.

Great, friendly and proactive customer…
Great friendly and proactive customer service.
They phoned me after placing the order to make sure the delivery instructions were the best options (as they had a better alternative they could arrange).
I had ordered 2 buckets, but at the collection point I found one had been cracked during transport.
I contacted the company the following day with pictures, and within hours the had acknowledge the issue and arranged for a replacement delivery.
Would both recommend to others and order from them again
