I'm in the UK. I ordered a mug with F*** off I'm knitting for a friend. The mug on the instagram page is lovely and embossed green with 3d side texture. Really pretty mug. What turned up is a PRINTED mug. So no emboss, no 3d design just crap. waste of money and false advertising.
Ordered a gift for friends Christmas on9. 11.2025.Still hadn't arrived by January. Emailed their customer support many times for a refund saying it was no use to me as I had to buy an alternative gift. Told them it was no use to me to issue a refund. They have now told me they have sent another one which I do not want I have referred the issue to PayPal to pursue refund. It is over 2 months since I placed my order. Do not buy anything from this company.
