BNKA is withholding users’ funds and gives no explanation

On Friday 20 th june , I received an official email from Intergiro stating that their license as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) had been revoked on wednesday 18th by the Swedish regulator, and as a result, SEPA services and other functions were deactivated.

From that moment, everything became confusion and disinformation.

BNKA has not sent a single official communication to users acknowledging the collapse of their main provider or explaining the situation.
Instead, they respond to user complaints with irrelevant questions — asking what phone model I use, or whether I tried with the physical or virtual card. These have nothing to do with the real issue: nothing works because Intergiro was disconnected from the system.

Today, Monday, June 23rd — five days after that announcement — Intergiro sent another email claiming SEPA withdrawals have been temporarily re-enabled until September 19th, allowing users to retrieve their funds.

I tried to initiate a SEPA transfer.
Same result as before: the Intergiro page loads blank, no SMS arrives, and the operation cannot be completed.

BNKA continues to remain silent. Not a single official email.

That’s why I say this clearly:
BNKA and Intergiro are both misleading users — each in a different way.

BNKA misleads through active concealment: pretending everything is normal, promoting features that do not exist, and never officially acknowledging anything.

Intergiro misleads by omission: announcing that withdrawal channels are open, but never clarifying that most users cannot actually access them.

The result is absurd: we are stuck between two entities that provide no working solutions, take no responsibility, and only care about protecting their image.

I demand a clear, transparent and operational exit plan.
This is no longer a technical issue. It is a chain of evasion.
