I have tried contacting these people…

I have tried contacting these people now for the last 2 weeks.. Every time i phone i spend more than 45 min to over an hour to get hold of any one. what if the is an emergency when i travel or something else..... The service is unacceptable. I will be closing my account as soon as i can get hold of any one... And they use covid as a excuse for every thing..
