I have checked your order, and can confirm that it has been safely received on Saturday (2nd of May) and despatched on the next working day, which is Monday (4th of May) by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Usually it takes 1-3 working days for the delivery, but I hope you understand that taken the current situation, post services are also disrupted all across the country, which results in some delays.
We always do our best for the customers, and if you don’t receive your order by the end of the week - please just contact us and we will post a replacement straight away or issue a full refund.
