We had some problems regarding our previous landlord and Tina helped us throughout the process very kindly. She has been incredibly supportive and attentive, I will always be indebted to her for what she has done. I can’t begin to express how thankful I am with her and Bo-vest. They are pretty helpful and serious people, solving problems fast and pretty good. If you are considering renting from them, you shouldn’t think no more, they are the best!

I have lived in Mjølnerparken for 1 year and I have an amazing experience with Bo-VEST. They are always helpful and eager to solve problems. One of the employees of Bo-VEST Ninna Lysen it such a beautiful human being, she is helpful kind and nice. In the very stressful moment of relocation, she was very helful and supportive. That is the company which I can recommend with a clear consience.

Bo-vest is racist and uncooperative

The employee of bo-vest has tried to move my fathers wheelchair many times from its place through the past 5 months. My mother used to put it at the area beside her home door. We have seen an employee who works for bovest moving it and putting it in front of my mother home door. She was having difficulty to get out of her home!! We didnot get why he was doing this to her. He was leaving too fast after doing so . Thus I was not able to talk with him. This is not normal. I saw him while I was going up on the stairs . I saw him taking the wheelchair again. I told him “this is my fathers wheelchair why do you take it.” He was surprised to see me in front of him and he said he doesnot like this wheelchair!!! I told him you donot need to like it. It doesnot belong to you. It belongs to my parents. I have asked him nicely to leave it in peace!!! During a weekend, my fathers wheelchair has been stolen. That guy who works for bo-vest stole it and put it in the trash. My mother was so sad and found it in the trash by luck by her own self!!! Because she informed the office and they acted blind and deaf . Bo-vest office refused to help her. My parents are old. They donot deserve this treatment from your employees. They supposed to help them around not creating problems to them. We have contacted the administration by emails and phone. They are not cooperative. My mother has been insulted infront of my sister at her home by your employees. My mother called me crying a day after she found the wheelchair because your aggressive employees who insulted her!!! She informed me that an aggressive employee from your office tried to steal the chair again !!! Your employees are racist because I can see that all the people are using the area beside their home door to put their wheelchairs and roletter . Only my parents are suffering because of your employees. My mother has faced a violence infront of her home door and she got stolen. the administration has been informed with what happened and they did nothing!!!! I cannot imagine that this happened in denmark!!!! They are old people and they deserve to live in peace. You provide them with stressful, unsafe and aggressive environment to life in. Thus, Bo-vest is racist

Employees are so uncooperative and they have racist values and made racist comments

My fathers wheelchair has been stolen from infront of my mothers home door. We have contacted the office and they are not cooperative and racist. Based on what my mother has experienced; I can say that bo-vest is racist. This man called p*** e*** j**** is aggressive.he has threaten my mother in front of me!!! His manager (at the bo-vest office) was aggressive and racist as well. Her name is t*** . She isnot helpful and uncooperative. Bo-vest is a racist and uncooperative company .

Bo-vest is racist they treated us in a bad way. They are aggressive and uncooperative. Their office is located at the same floor where I live. They donot smile to us since we lived here. They stole my husbands wheelchair while he was at the hospital !!! They did so during the weekend !!!It is the second time they do so!!! They have five cameras in front of the home. I have asked them to show me the camera record to see the thief. They refused to show the camera records to me. I told them that someone stole my husbands wheelchair and put it in the trash area. They acted blind ! A day after the man who works for them (p*** E*** j*****) came to steal it again. I heard a noise and I saw him stealing the chair again !!! He started to shout to me and to my daughter who came to support me on that day because my husband was at the hospital. I cannot imagine that these danish people are stealing wheelchair of an old man from in-front of his home door. We told him that we will call the police so he was shouting more to us. We went after him to bo-vest office. Because they are located beside us on the same floor. A woman called t*** came and started to shout as well !! How do they treat an old woman like that!!! We used to use this area to put my husband roletter and now we was putting a wheel chair . Because it is for old people (ældrebolig). Why do they do this to (us) ?! No one here has experienced such a thing . Everyone is using this area. These days bo-vest sent us letters says that we must remove it because that is the law!!! We informed them if this is right the law then all the people who live at the area /Copenhagen must follow it. We took pictures . We showed them that all people are using this part to put their wheelchairs but bo-vest has ignored what we wrote by email and letter to them. They abused us and stole my husband wheelchair and warned “remove it or we will take it from you” !!!! They are putting chairs at the entrance and they can see that all our neighbors are using this part in peace. But they forced us to not use that part and they are stealing our things!!! I have contacted for months Them Many times because I have something to be fixed at my home and they did not help . Bo-vest are racist and unhelpful .

I need to mention as well that I have filed a complain against bo-vest and they did no thing.

I have emails and letters from them to approve what happened.

You have asked me to remove the names while all the people ( at trustpilot) mentioning the names at the reviews!

There was only wheel chair. I have no idea what large things!!!! I still need to consider that all my neighbors are using this area. I still need to consider that bo-vest have chairs at the enterance. I still need to mention that me and my daughter have faced a violence from bo -vest and bo-vest did nothing after our complain!!!! I still need to mention that we are the only apartment who have been asked to move their wheelchairs because bovest is racist.
