Service: Responded to my initial and follow up questions very quickly and answered the questiona I asked fully. Gave additional tips and advise based on their personal experience with the game which was appricated/helpful.
Price: Best price I could find - saved £30 total on my 3 purchases.
Delivery: I ordered Tuesday night - all three games arrived on Thursday (extremely quick!).
Packaging: All games were sealed and undamaged. Packaged carefully and securely.
Would defienlty buy from BGN again - in fact I check if they are selling a game I want before looking elsewhere.

I took a chance on a new store and I was not disappointed. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable about all things board game. I received good advice in a friendly and helpful way. The game arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I will be back.
