I purchased a board game at the end of November, and I just received a confirmation that it has been shipped (Dec 17th). It is scheduled to arrive the day after Christmas… Four weeks of waiting is unacceptable, especially with no communication from the company. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you want your items delivered in less than a month.
This is a smaller operation than some of the other big name board/card game webstores, but nonetheless offer competitive pricing and great customer service. I've purchased through them multiple times and have had nothing but a smooth experience. My emails were answered in a timely manner and very nicely. Keep an eye on their website and YouTube channel as they often run some pretty good sales and giveaways.
Good prices but shipping is SO SLOW! Two weeks is simply no longer acceptable - especially if you are paying for shipping.
They offer expedited "handling" for ten bucks a month as part of their loyalty program. All this means is that you can bribe them into letting your package get a cut in the line. Hardly seems like a way to endear customers.
The prices aren't THAT much less. I'm going to shop elsewhere.
