Really sorry to see your 1 star review. We did dispatch this order within 24 hours via DPD. Unfortunately due to the weather conditions and on going strikes DPD were overwhelmed with parcels and sent this package to a collection point in your area without our consent.
We do everything we can to ensure all orders are sent promptly and delivered on time. Unfortunately due to these very rare circumstances leading up to Christmas we had this issue with your parcel which was completely out of our control. We have been in contact with you with regards to this order to advise on the collection point and I can see by DPD records this item has been collected.

We despatched this item via Royal mail on the 1st of December tracking pm519900693gb. I'm not sure if you are aware Royal Mail are on strike at the moment so there are some long delays. I'd recommend checking the tracking towards the end of this week and come back to our customer service team who are online to chat 7 days a week. Just to left you know you opted for Royal mail delivery, this service clearly says strike 24th, 25th & 1st indicating a delayed service. Your parcel ordered on the 25th has only been in transit for a few days due to these strikes and is due to be delivered today. PM519899023GB
The review system is set by trust pilot to ask customers to review, under normal circumstances your order would have arrived. It's a real shame small company's like ours get negative reviews when this is clearly an Issue with the Royal Mail strikes. We do clearly state online to upgrade to a courier for urgent deliveries.
