We had a great experience with this company renting a boat. The whole process went smoothly. We did a safety course before, to refresh all necessary rules of boating although we used to boat in the... See more

I really liked the course. Information all seems very relevant. Even though I don't operate a jet ski, it was good to know what that is about. Production level is high. Videos are particularly well pr... See more

I felt as this was a good course to…

I felt as this was a good course to take. I learned some things I didn't know and a lot I already knew from growing up boating with the family. It does very state to state on rules and regulations. I did the Maryland course because we was boating in Maryland but I should of just gotten the Ohio course where I'm from and been done with it. Now I have to take the Ohio one also so I can be legal in my Ohio state. So I have to pay double. Some things I questioned as if it wasn't true. Like the legal age to pull a person tubing/skiing was 12, I don't agree with that but that was the answer. I will be taking the Ohio course though.

The course was very good

The course was very good, but too long and a bit repetitive. Also, I will be renting a boat in another state, and wanted to make sure my card will say the course was NASBLA approved. Apparently the card will NOT say this (although the certificate will). This may be a problem when I rent the boat. Why not add it to the card?

Couldn’t be better

Couldn’t be better. Scott did a great job proctoring. He was alert and attentive. A fellow sailor it turns out.

Also, it was convenient to have a local site, meeting during the day. Most everything else was an hour away after 5 or even at 8:30pm.

Overall very positive.

To be honest o learned a lot of common

To be honest o learned a lot of common sense practices.
This my first boat and first course so my ability to make comments on improvement is limited.
The format of the course is friendly and easy to understand.
I liked the fact I could do this at my own pace.
Thanks
