Completely comfortable and pleased
I found Intercoastal Financial Group (boatloan.com) through Lending Tree. I was looking to refinance my RV loan for a lower payment. Stephen Jolles responded to my request and was able to cut my monthly payment by 53% with reasonable loan fees. His offer beat out the other companies that responded, but more than that, his service far surpassed that of his competitors. Stephen's communication with me was always fast, clear, and accurate. We were able to complete the entire process via e-mail, and he provided a prepaid shipping label for the signed documents. I felt completely comfortable with Stephen and Intercoastal - all my questions were answered thoroughly and respectfully. I never had any concerns that were not addressed. I fully intend to return to them for future RV financing and would recommend them without hesitation.

Just a bad experience overall.
The process started very positive. Was a low pressure approach which I really like. Things fell apart after I agreed to pursue the financing with them. The communication was horrible. Paper work processing was horrible. The loan officer refused to take responsibility for anything and was difficult to reach and get a response from. The only positive was the rate.
