Great company with awesome customer service!

Purchased the flooring, but had to reschedule several times because of a door issue. Ken Boatman was always so easy to contact and was so accommodating. Floors were finally able to be installed and they look beautiful; men that laid the flooring were great. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

I recently used Boatman Carpet One to replace the carpet that came in my home when it was new. The salesman (Ken) was able to give me an estimate on short notice and the price was very competitive. The installers were on time and very professional. They helped move the furniture and kept the house clean. The whole process was hassle free and my wife loves the new carpet. My family has used Boatman Carpet One for years. They just installed hardwood floors in my living room and they are awesome.

I asked the company for an estimate to lay the vinyl sheet flooring in my house (Armstrong Cushion Step). The representative from the company came to get the measurement and even though his behavior was professional I just did not feel from the beginning any interest in this particulate job. The estimate we received was very high and I voiced some of my concerns over the phone with the representative. Since it is possible to do a rough estimate of your project using the Armstrong site and the rooms' measurement you sort of know where your price should be and his estimate was 30% higher than the highest estimate from the Armstrong itself. He charged $60 for the bag for the leveling etc. - that's really high. The representative told me that Armstrong is not making his prices which I understand, BUT my experience was that the company is not interested in saving you money eat all. I found another companies with much more reasonable and fair pricing and choose one of them. It really pays to research the project thoroughly so you know what to expect as far as the price.
