Great experience! Sent multiple pictures and instructions and received proofs in a couple of days. Quality was very nice. We love our bobblehead.

I worked with one of their Sales Coordinators, Steve, and he was great to work with. They were quick, made really well and easy to work with. I provided photos of all of our managers via WeTransfer. Provided names and eye colours, what I wanted them to be wearing and the logo for the base. I got proofs back of all of them, approved and/or made small changes and then moved forward. Would highly recommend!

They turned out amazing and they personalized it completely down to the logo. Very impressed with communication and services!

The website was easy to use with very clear instructions. Numerous options at very reasonable price points.
We submitted our order and communication with bobbleheadz was excellent. They had a mock-up done very quickly (less than a week). We made some changes (hair colour) based on the first mock-up and they happily obliged. Everytime I had a question I received an answer in less than 24 hours.
The order shipped to us with plenty of time before we needed them. The Bobble heads are amazing. Perfect caricatures of our coaches. All of the parents and kids are excited to give them their bobbleheadz.

The bobblehead looked so accurate and detailed! Love the different looks they offer, and really appreciate that they check with you before production to make sure you like how it looks. Well worth the money, would recommend over and over!

I loved my bobble head!! Looked just like my dad. I sent 1 photo from the front and 1 from the side. He thinks it's awesome. It arrived on time and communication was great :) I would buy again for sure.

I ordered and communication was fine. The only problem was every time I made an alteration to how it looked, it came back as if no alterations were done so I finally gave in to whatever the finished product was. Didn’t look like the photo. It looked like the person had aged 20-30 years so we laughed and it was a nice laugh a funny gift. I ordered 2 gifts both had same outcome. My 20 year old pilots female & male looked bout 50 year old versions of themselves but I can’t make bobble head it’s not easy. I can’t complain. But in conclusion it didn’t resemble the photo 6/10

Our Bobblehead was 2 weeks later than originally expected. On top of that they had a full month to complete it. They only sent one proof, the changes that were asked to be made were not properly done. What we ended up with only looks like the person from one angle and the custom accents were not actually completed.

Bobblehead looked great, overall experience was actually 5 stars. Mia kept in contact for proofing throughout the process, and the bobblehead came out EXACTLY to my specifications.
