There is very poor contact with the company. On their website, they say they will get back to emails within eight hours. That is absolutely not true.

I wanted an adjustment to the first proof and I still have not heard. I'm getting Paypal to intervene and cancel my order.

I ordered a bobble head from this company and it was absolutely amazing!
It came in the time they said it would and even kept in contact while it was being made so I could make small little changes as we went.
It looks so much like my husband, the attention to details is really what makes them unique.
I definitely recommend getting more then one of these 😂

Perfect service and final product! An initial design of the photos I sent in was emailed to me so I can verify it before shipping. I requested a small change and they were very receptive and made it right away! The final product arrived on time, wrapped and sealed with a lot of care, and the quality was really great. Even better than the photos online. My partner couldn’t stop laughing!

Wow! The realistic rendition of my friend on his Bobbleheadz had him and everyone amazed. it came out EXACTLY as I had hoped including details on his hockey jersey.

The Bobblehead likeness was really good, and the proof correction process was quick and accurate. Amy is a fast and strong communicator, and the product has a definite hand-made charm while being made of quality clay. I recommend!

First impressions were that this company seemed the best of the bunch; branded itself as Canadian-based, had prices comparable with market competition, and had a promising stock to choose from. After shopping around, I decided to go with them to customize a Christmas gift for my gf. Three days after submitting my payment information by Paypal (don't do CC, you'll see why), I started getting concerned since I had not heard a word from them, i.e., no confirmation email or receipt for payment, and after going back to their website and analyzing the grammar and business English with a fine-tooth comb, realized this company was definitely based in China. I filed a complaint with Paypal requesting my money back, and only after that received a response from the company.

The response was adequate at best, but definitely reassuring after hearing nothing from them prior. Two proof pictures were sent, albeit only one of the custom head itself, the other being of the stock body. I requested a minor change to the hair color, to which I was assured the change would be made prior to sending out the final product.

I just received the product, and it's pretty good; however, the revision to hair color was not made. Shipping time was pretty quick, considering it came from China.

Overall, a fairly good experience, although I feel like the company was a bit misleading in their branding because they certainly made themselves out to be Canadian-based. If you're purchasing a bobblehead from this company, either have a lot of patience to go back-and-forth with the proofs until you're absolutely satisfied with the end result, or be content with what you get regardless of the result.

The bobble head I received looks just like the picture I sent, and the quality is very good. I am very happy with the product.

I received the bobblehead today and am so thrilled! It looks so much like my dad. I showed it to a few people and they guessed right away who it was. Can’t wait to give this to him! The bobbleheadz team showed me a proof and made an adjustment before finalizing and it turned out great. Fast turnaround too!

A couple years ago my dad mentioned he would love a bobble head of himself in a house coat and laughed it off because, how would we ever find something like that? Well Bobbleheadz made it happen. Yesterday, I received the personalized bobblehead that I purchased for my husband's retirement.
I was so pleased in how it turned out and in how similar the bobblehead looked like my husband. My husband was absolutely thrilled and loved his surprise!
Steve in customer service was awesome to deal with and sending me proofs to approve before sending me the bobblehead that I purchased. I even received the bobblehead on the day my husband retired which was even more impressive for I was not expecting it until a week later.
I would highly recommend purchasing from this company and will refer family and friends to purchase from here.
