Used Bobshop now for a couple of…

Used Bobshop now for a couple of years. Always prompt dispatch and when I've needed to return or exchange items there have been no issues (except with carriers/customs agents after Brexit). I've always received a prompt response to email questions. Their own-brand clothing is top notch and rivals the premium brands.

The only downside now is the post Brexit shipping costs and having to keep orders below £135 to avoid additional VAT charges.

Shocking

Shocking, avoid at all costs. Should have realised the price of the turbo trainer was too good to be true only when delivered was I asked for a further £135 for customs charges

Very good service from order to delivery

Very good service from order to delivery. I bought a pair of Sidi cycling shoes at a good price, very quick confirmation of the order, and free shipping to Czech Republic. The shoes arrived very quickly, along with a small compliment for joining the Bobstar programme. For me it was a really good service, and will be using Bobshop as my go-to cycling store in the future

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service, or should I say "No customer service" Sent an email asking for an update after no delivery for over 3 weeks. Never got a reply even though emails reminders were sent on five consecutive days - still no reply and still no delivery.

Do not buy from these clowns!

Do not buy from these clowns!! Purchased an item that was in stock from the website, only to be told two days later it was out of stock. After issuing a refund a week later received £25 less than I had paid due to a change in the exchange rate!! Customer service terrible!! Buy from here at your risk.

Very poor customer service ! received a discount code by email , went to use it 1 day later, when it did not work i contacted them to be told it had expired, i replied showing them that info was not on the email with the code (fair point I thought). - NO REPLY. very poor customer service AND rude. They now have 1 less customer,

Don't spend your hard-earned money cash at Bobshop

I am a long-time customer who is no longer going to buy from Bobshop. The last two years have been nothing but terrible service. My latest experience is the following: I ordered a cycling jersey several weeks ago. All items are always sent to my country by DHL and the national postal service. Due to COVID-19 DHL stopped delivering to my country. Without my knowledge let alone my consent Bobshop decided to send the item via Fed EX after DHL refused to deliver it. I had no idea this was done until I received an email telling me after they had sent it with Fed Ex. Fed Ex charges all sorts of fees so I refused delivery after wasting hours talking to them and informing them they needed to deal with Bobshop not me. I should not have had to deal with them at all as I had nothing to do with the shipment in the first place. I informed Bobshop in 7 emails of the fact they had shipped without my consent, the fees and problems associated with their decision, the problems I was now forced to deal with and requested in writing (well within the 30-day time limit for order cancellation even though I had to cancel the order through no fault of my own) written confirmation that Bobshop would refund my purchase including the original shipping costs since the item could not be delivered through no fault of my own. Several weeks later and after Bobshop staff have outright ignored 7 requests to acknowledge receipt of my emails, the cancellation of the order and provide the requested refund. Staff deliberately and relentlessly ignore this request, facts I have already provided them numerous times and give me information I do not need or care about. They have also refused to acknowledge that the decision to use FEd Ex was made without my knowledge or consent. I now have to deal with my bank to cancel the charges since Bobshop refuses via ignoring my requests to cancel it themselves. The company has gone from being very good to horrible with customer service completely indifferent to errors, problems. After years of buying from them despite outrageous shipping charges that other overseas companies using the same delivery companies charge half the price for, I am taking my hard-earned money elsewhere. Chronic errors and indifference to customers are two things I cannot tolerate especially when I have been a loyal customer for years. Take your cash to a competitor and save yourself what can be serious problems.

Top regular customer

Multiple orders, good & swift service. Sharp prices. Good brand offer. Excellent for clothes. Top. Mostly free shipping. Got a "bidon" bottle as gift for my first order.
Only two improvement points:
1) the credit poly for a first order, up to a limited amount (why, if confirmed by credit card?). My order was acceped above.
2) Their return policy: "papers" need to be filled in manually, and no standard custom "printable" solutution available, so you have to organise this yourself. This accounts for the 4 starts, improve this for 5 star review!

A place for cycling clothes

First, it is very unlikely that will not find what are you looking for in cycling clothes.You will find everything you need.
They have a big selection of the best brands in cycling clothes.
Customer service is also great.
I had a returned item situation and it was handled fast and with no problem.
Prices are reasonable.
Shipping costs could be a bit lower (16,95 € for Croatia is not cheap).
In general- I recommend this shop.
