Poor customer service
When we arrived to pick up the new Renault Clio, the car had the wrong number! Nobody noticed it until we said the car had the wrong number! The person who should have shown us how the car works, kept saying "do you have further questions". Instead of explaining the car. The matt for the trunk of the car was wrong and had to be re-ordered. We were told it would be ready several days later. When we arrived to pick the matt up, the person did not know how it was supposed to be installed. We went home without it and had to come again several days later. The major point is also that the car was delivered more then 2 months later than promised in the contract (contract Oct 2019; delivered end of December 2019
