Personal trainer

I have suffered from pain in my knees and shoulders after repeated surgeries have caused extensive damage. Craig went through a full diagnostic review of my bodies movement and established what I would need to work on to improve my movement and also reduce my pain. Since working with Craig my knee pain has improved and my movement in my left shoulder has improved. I would thoroughly recommend Craig as a personal trainer.

If you want to get faster

If you want to get faster, stronger, have more mobility or understand what is limiting you in your training, Craig is the man you need to speak to.
After seeing the results the lads from Hitchin rugby club have had I knew he was someone I want to speak to.
The wealth of knowledge that he has already given me after only a couple of weeks is incredible. He is so passionate about what he does and it really shows in his work and attention to detail.

Do not hesitate to get in contact with Craig if you want to push yourself to the next level.

AFC Welwyn

Craig was asked to come down just before our season started at AFC Welwyn. A new club with big ambitions to gain league promotions season after season.

He brought with him a huge amount of knowledge regarding injury prevention for players but also used a very accurate method of raising AEROBIC POWER in the squad.

The modern game has transformed and we needed our players to be able to run faster, longer and further.

He used a method that saw dramatic increases in players VO2 MAX. You could see huge improvements in the players who consistently followed the plan and did the work. They were amazed at how much they’d improved athletically.

Really enjoyed working with him and it brought our players a very professional angle and edge to developing their ability to train and compete at higher intensities.

Personal, professional, productive!!

I'm approaching 50 and recently started working with Craig because I needed a plan to help me regain joint mobility, core strength, and overall conditioning. It’s easy to find personal trainers who shout, "one more rep," but those are two a penny.

After an extensive assessment, Craig designed a program specifically tailored to my needs, focusing on key areas. One of the most important aspects Craig emphasizes is the need for a dedicated period of stabilisation and corrective exercises. He believes that a 5-week cycle of these exercises is essential for developing long-term postural health and improving movement function. This phase helps my body learn to move in ways that prevent recurring injuries, especially when it’s subjected to resistance load. It’s a crucial foundation before transitioning into strength training and lifting weights safely.

What really sets Craig apart is his personalised approach and attention to detail. He carefully considers past injuries and incorporates corrective exercises and physiotherapy into the program. Working with him has helped me recognise my own limitations, whether they’re inherent or developed over the years. Now, the path forward is clear, and I have a solid vision for improving my long-term health.

At last, a coach that enables sustained performance

At 53, I was trapped in a fitness nightmare. An annual pattern of six months of intense training followed by injury and months of rehab, my weight increasing, and my dreams of staying active well into my 70s fading fast.

Frustrated, I reached out to Craig at Body-Technix
He didn't just prescribe generic exercises. Craig conducted a thorough analysis, going beyond movement patterns and posture to pinpoint the exact muscular imbalances driving my recurring injuries. He identified muscles that were overactive and overcompensating, and others that were weak and failing to do their job.

With this deep understanding, Craig designed a personalised and varied program that not only strengthens my body but also retrains and rebalances these problematic muscles. He doesn't just tell me what to do; he patiently coaches me in the safe and proper form for each exercise, ensuring I maximise each workout while minimising injury risk.

I've been working with Craig for 9 months now. Even after just three months, I was stronger, fitter, and more confident in my body than I had been for a long time. I finally tackle the free weights at my regular gym with ease, knowing I'm using perfect form and getting the most out of every rep.

Tailored programme for mobility, strength and conditioning

I’ve been working with Craig since January this year and I can’t recommend his programmes enough. As someone heading into my mid-40s with a history of minor sporting injuries that had started to hinder my range of movement, I was looking for a programme that could help me regain and improve my joint mobility, core strength, and overall conditioning.

Craig has tailored and developed a programme that addressed my specific needs, focusing on a number of key areas. The initial exercises and stretches he introduced have significantly enhanced my joint mobility, allowing me to move more freely and with less discomfort.

In addition to mobility, the strength training has been transformative. I feel more stable and balanced, which has positively impacted my overall fitness.

What sets Craig apart is his knowledge (a self-proclaimed nerd), attention to detail and personalised approach. He carefully considers past injuries and designs the programme that makes sense and targets the right areas. His expertise and encouragement have been invaluable, and I’m really pleased with the progress in the first 5-6 months.

Definitely worth investing in

Worked with Craig during a football preseason training regime as well as in season fitness and endurance. Very impressed with the quality of his game plans to achieve group/individual targets. A very knowledgeable gentleman with a good insight of approaching different types of problems. He’s taught me a lot about how the body moves and the kinds of tasks necessary to do in order to hit higher levels in any situation physically and mentally. Don’t hesitate get in touch!

Brilliant individual

Craig is a unique, rare talent. Seldom have I met someone who combines total professionalism, effortless charisma and phenomenal intellect. These traits equate to a fantastic product and put a client totally at ease. Craig is forensic in his capacity to diagnose what any client needs - whether that is injury prevention and recovery training or strength training. In short, whatever you require for your health and fitness, he tailors programs to the individual. These are immersed in proven cutting edge fitness science and study. 1:1 Goalkeeper S&C

Approachable, personable and patient.
I approached Craig to help improve my daughter's core strength and explosiveness as a goalkeeper. The personalised, long-term plan designed by Craig focuses on career longevity too (something, as parents, we are also very conscious of).
Most importantly, she loves the sessions (and the studio gym/ equipment is first class).

Super helpful and patient with me

Super helpful and patient with me. Craig wrote a plan to get me quicker- I love running and he put me out of my comfort zone and pushed me. Would recommend Craig to anyone who wants to work hard and enjoy their training.

Craig is brilliant!

Been working with Craig for around 9 months now, and he has been brilliant. Extremely detailed and available on the phone constantly for any questions I have regarding my programme. I am loving working with him, he’s completely different to anybody that I’ve worked with in the past and has transformed my football fitness.
