Great service and reliable deliveries
I’ve been ordering from Body&Fit for several years, mainly liquid egg whites. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. Deliveries are reliable and usually arrive within the expected timeframe, the expiry dates are generally good, and the products are, for the most part, of good quality.
Of course, not every product is equally good, but overall I’ve had a very positive experience and will continue ordering from Body&Fit.
One small point regarding the liquid egg whites: some cartons occasionally have a slight fishy smell. It would be great if this could be improved.
Overall, a reliable service and a company I’m happy to keep ordering from.

Great for protein snacks as well as just traditional powders
I have used this service many times.
They always have a wide variety of everything protein. Not just the powders you associate with fitness suppliers.
It's very user friendly and easy to find something tasty to eat or drink for people like myself that need to increase protein intake.
Delivery from NL to BE is always the next day

I used to order the same protein…
I used to order the same protein flavour and size from them for years. Recently, they introduced a new protein line: you pay more for a smaller package, the solubility is worse, and the taste isn’t as good as before—although taste is subjective.

Reply from Body&Fit NL
Thank you for your feedback and for your years of trust in Body&Fit. We are sorry to hear that the revamped protein line is less to your liking. We understand that the price, packaging, solubility, and taste feel like a step backward to you. Taste is indeed subjective, but we certainly take your experience seriously. We hope to surprise you positively again with your next order!
