Unfortunately once I received the software SWAMI it became clear that it was a very complicated process in the "hope" of receiving a personalised diet plan.
I reached out for assistance and with questions, later asking for refund fully when not happy with the quality of product/methods required to gain the insight for myself and my family - and was told "No" even though Consumer Rights allow for refunds of an unused licences as a minimum.
