First : You didn't inform that you didn't have the ordered item ready for delivery but you accepted the payment .
Second : It's not 100% yours fault - the delivery company (your Royal mail is ok ) but here (the cooperative company ) is ...terrible . They must change it. It came in Athens in 2-3 days and then I had to fight in order to go for pick up personaly at 14-3-2022 (nearly 7 days at least ) . You can check it .
I used to buy D'adamo products from the other company Nap4eu but the prices are very high if you make them better we might cooperate .
