The best, most comfortable chair I have ever owned

If there were an ability to give more than five stars I would. This is the best chair I've ever had. I am a 79-year-old attorney, practicing for 50 years. I have had this chair five years and would not part with it for the world. I sit for long hours comfortably. It is so good. And Bodybilt has helped me keep this chair functioning anytime an issue arose, which was not often. I love it and highly recommend it.

Heavy-duty, durable, and comfortable

In December of 2022, I purchased seven of these chairs (2 XL and 5 med.) for my agency. Our dispatch center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. These chairs have been occupied for just about as long since we bought them (dispatchers switch chairs around depending on their size).
The chairs are heavy-duty, durable, and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I also would like to mention the outstanding service we received, specifically from Jack Hopkins. We had a couple of parts damaged during use. When I notified our sales rep (Jack Hopkins) and told him about the damaged parts. Jack got the parts ordered and when he received the parts, he came to my agency and installed the parts. About a month later Jack stopped in to see how the chairs were holding up for us, how we liked them, etc. In my opinion, Jack went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

We have had the chairs for about one year. They are holding up to the constant use and abuse. Other than the initial damaged parts we have had zero problems with the chairs.

Its just a bad website experience

I keep getting asked over and over to review my experience. It sucked The website sucks this description of the chair said little to nothing you don't even have other photos. If I didn't have a chair made by this company that was perfect. I would never be buying a $1,000 chair with no reviews and one guy on YouTube with a video. I have given no information about how long it would take to ship the chair and I still have no information about how long it will take to arrive. I had to call to get the information on when it would ship. I'm so sure the chair will be good but put a little work into letting people know about it.

Edit: Now that I have the chair. I love it not has good as the one at work but feeling good so far.

Broken chair

The shipment and delivery were faster than expected. However, the right/left adjustment feature on left arm of chair does not work. This chair is for an urgent reasonable accommodation/ergonomic need, but the chair does not meet the need in this condition.

Fantastic chair, fantestic customer service

This company has fantastic customer service. We have a 15-year-old chair that is wonderful shape. Have never had a chair more comfortable or ergonomically sound. A few years ago, the cylinder went out. There is a lifetime warranty, and the cylinder was replaced for free. Recently, we managed to put a tear in the vinyl of the armrest. We contacted BodyBilt's customer service department, asking if BY CHANCE we could replace the arm rest. They responded very quickly and positively and sent us cost information. We just talked with Mary Jones, who completed the order with us. She was nice, efficient, personable, and even could give us some advice on another aspect of the chair. I would give these folks 10 stars if the rating system allowed.

Customer Service is friendly enough but…

Customer Service is friendly enough but the warranty on these chairs is fairly limited and short-term. They don't seem to have much information on or service for what they consider "older" model chairs (mine is from 2008). Definitely not "Lexus-like" in terms of standing behind product with parts and warranty.

I have worked for Michigan Medicine for 29 years. Recently I had begun to experience neck discomfort, right arm numbness and sharp tingling and hand pain. After an Ergo equipment evaluation, I choose a chair from BodyBilt. I am amazed at what a change it has made. I went from a pain level of 6 to a level 2 allowing me to be more productive and proficient at work. I worked with Rick Reid who was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable of his product. He spent time with me to ensure I understood how to adjust my chair and answer any questions I had. Overall this has been a very positive experience and outcome.

Amazing chair!

I am in Ann Arbor Michigan and suffer from Psoriatic Arthritis. This chair has really given me a ton of relief throughout my entire body. The lumbar support is just amazing. The seat is soft yet firm enough that I don't get sore when I have to sit for long periods. BodyBilt is a true game changer for anyone who is at a desk some of most of their day. Thank you!

8.5 month review

So I have owned this chair for 8.5 months. I tried everything, titan ect. Other chair put me into physical therapy. I have nerve damage so don't get around much. I have sat in the chair over 18 hours in one day and it's never hurt me. Will never buy another kind of chair ever.

Incredibly comfortable supportive chair

I have had my chair now for a few days and am already feeling a difference in my shoulders and back. I love how easy it is to adjust and how many options there are to custom the chair to my needs. Mark was great to work with. Really helpful in figuring out what chair would be best for me and helping me try it out.

Best Chair ever!!

I bought a chair from this company when I was in law school, I drove to Bryan to buy directly from the manufacturer because I was a student and didn't have much money. My purple chair is still great and I have it at home! 30 years later it's still better than any other chair. I finally bought another chair for the office after working at home all day and my neck and back didn't hurt v at the office in another chair and my neck and back bothering me after an hour! best chair ever!!!

Good, but nothing special

Good, but nothing special. Looks like well overpriced.
Casters for sure were in use before. No functional damage, but scratches on wheels.
No Allen wrench in box.
No printed manuals. Chat representative David promised to send manual by e-mail - nothing after 5 days.
Delivery was good, but unexpected, because WEB-site still shows status of my order as "Processing".
