Excellent PT

I’ve been working with Brody for almost a year. My goals were to gain strength and muscle which I’d struggled for years to achieve on my own. I’d been uncertain as to what I should be doing with my diet or workouts. With Brody I’ve been given a clear, personalised plan for both and I’ve made huge progress as a result. I have noticed a significant change to my appearance (I have gained almost 10kg in muscle) and I feel much stronger. His encouragement has pushed me to be consistent with my diet and workouts. He regularly checks in on your goals and switches up your programme which keeps things interesting and challenging. I feel confident in what I am doing and that I will continue to see results from this. If you are thinking about a personal trainer I would highly recommend Brody.

I never had much success until I started working with Brody

I’ve tried many times to go to the gym regularly, but I never had much success until I started working with Brody. Right from the start, he took the time to understand my busy life and commitments. Brody planned and organized a workout routine that fit perfectly into my schedule, which made it so much easier to stick with.

Since working with him, I’ve really improved my technique and gained a lot of strength. He’s also always happy to answer any questions I have, which makes me feel more confident in my workouts.

If you’re looking for a trainer who really cares and can help you reach your goals, Brody is the one.

Brody has taught me more than my PhD!

I’ve been training with Brody for a year and a half now. Although it may sound extremely cliché, he has literally changed my life.

I first bumped into Brody in the gym and asked him for help with one of the machines. As the conversation developed, I cheekily asked for exercises for belly fat as I was going to the gym 5 days a week, doing an hour of cardio each session, and eating a healthy, balanced diet. However, I had no visible muscles, no definition, no upper body strength, excessive lower belly fat and quite bad cellulite on my bum, thighs and arms. I told him I looked like I didn’t do any exercise whatsoever despite years of working out, and that all I wanted to look “in shape”.

A few months later, I decided to try a personal training session with Brody and haven’t looked back since. Brody is a phenomenal personal trainer! He had given me so much more than just personal training sessions; he has completely transformed my body, my physical and mental health, my relationship with food, and therefore my life.

My programmes change every 10-12 weeks and are split between upper and lower body. I was nervous about weight lifting because I was scared of becoming “bulky” and looking bigger, however I was completely wrong about lifting weights. Brody has taught me how a high-protein, nutrient-dense diet, combined with lifting weights, is the key to losing fat, becoming stronger, and looking leaner and healthier.

Brody checks in with me during the week, tracks my food diary, educates me on health and fitness, and explains how each of the exercises in the programmes train and strengthen each muscle group, and what results I can expect from doing them.

I now have more energy, less anxiety and confusion around food, and I genuinely enjoy and feel positively challenged by working out. The cellulite on my arms and legs has gone and I have significantly less cellulite on my bum! My legs are arms are toned and I’ve lost inches off my waist.

I’m currently in the 2nd year of my PhD and I swear I’ve learned more from Brody than I have from university. I feel as though I now have the equivalent of a masters in fitness and nutrition. I’m truly grateful to have bumped into Brody that day in the gym and I look forward to continuing training with him to become even healthier, stronger and leaner.

A PT that delivers results

I've been working with Brody for a few months, and I highly recommend him! If you're considering a personal trainer, Brody is worth it.
His expertise is incredible, tailoring workouts to my specific goals and needs. I used to feel lost in the gym, but Brody’s guidance has been a game-changer. He keeps me motivated and accountable, and his positive attitude makes workouts enjoyable.
Brody’s personalised workouts are varied and challenging, ensuring I see progress without feeling overwhelmed. I've seen faster results and feel more confident with gym equipment. My goals were to get leaner and stronger, and Brody has been instrumental in helping me achieve them. If you want a knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested trainer, Brody is your guy.
