Olivia Thinks Body Lotion and Shower Gel
I ordered the Olivia Thinks Body Lotion and Shower Gel and both are very nice to use. The gel provides a good lather and smells very nice as does the body lotion. I will order these again despite the high cost of delivery. There’s a discount for ordering multiple bottles but not if the order is for multiple bottles where each is different (e.g. one gel, one body lotion, one shampoo).

Ordered a hand lotion 3 weeks ago, but haven’t received anything. I tried contacting them on multiple outlets (their FB website, email, their contact form on the website) but no one is getting back to me. This looks like a scam so please avoid!
Update - After writing this review and contacting them on their FB page, they responded and apologized for the delay, due to apparently inventory issues. I have since then received the product. The product is in line with my expectations.

we decided to go ahead and order another pallet so we can send everyone the items they had ordered.
we now expect this shipment the coming week, since the truck broke down half way from greece to us.
We will go ahead and refund your order to prevent any further let downs.

This is one of the best companies to buy from. Excellent and very efficient in preparing and sending items. I have bought many times from them ( recent order no. 15895) and I always get free samples. The products are great too. Very highly recommended.

Switzerland custom fees
In Switzerland, I had to pay an extra custom fees (not only VAT, but also handling fees). Bodyenspa should be able to handle a delivery avoiding these fees, as Amazon is able to do.
My expenses increased of 30% because of that.
Did you remove dutch vat when exporting to a non-EU country?
Why don't you warn customer for this extra costs?

Hi, All orders over 65 francs (67 euros) are charged a 7.7% vat rate and import fees, we unfortunately can't change tax and import laws of your country.
thanks for your reply, we have never had complaints before, we only added Switzerland because we got quite some requests from customers to order from Switzerland. you got free shipping on your order (which costs us €22 to ship to Switzerland) unfortunately we cant also take the import costs.
we will see if we can add a warning message to not order over €67..

I would like to say that this company makes me very happy with the lovely products i had ordered. The delivery took a few days longer but at the end i received, because of the delay, a few more samples of their products.
