Everything. When I searched bodywork.com it is described as a software company. Not true, they make skin care products. Products may work for some, not me. Beyond that company has feel of a scam or a Ponzi scheme. It is impossible to contact them successfully by phone, chat and email. And they will sign you up for a subscription without being straightforward.
Wife changed a subscription date online and followed up with a call Product was sent despite the changes and when ask for a prepaid return label she was denied and it cost $13.0 to return a produce that should not have been sent. Customer service is ZERO!
