Scam!! Please beware!!!! Made me very nauseas and caused extreme stomach pain!!!

I spent a lot of money on 6 bottles of SynBiotic Active Vitality in June 2020 in good faith that it would do exactly as the extremely long marketing video had advertised. When I first started taking it I had terrible nausea and stomach pain for several days. I emailed them and they just advised me to stop taking it and consult a doctor!!! Clearly had no faith in it themselves. I honestly don't know what was in those tablets...for all I know they could have made me very seriously ill!!!!! I've since been caught out by a very similar marketing style with a long video that you have to watch to the very end to see what the magic cure is and sure enough, it's tablets and all these amazing fake offers on them, and you get tricked into purchasing them, only to find they do absolutely nothing. Then as soon as you start asking for a refund then they insist on returning the tablets at your own cost (and this has always been to a foreign country for me, so very expensive), then when you do return the tablets they stop responding to your emails completely and you never receive a refund. I was nearly caught out a third time yesterday with exactly the same marketing style and apparently amazing offers on a magic cure, when I decided to check out TrustPilot and thankfully pretty much every review on there told me it was a scam and the tablets did absolutely nothing!!!! So I've felt it's my duty to warn everyone about these scam companies and scam products....stick to buying from well-known supplement brands on Amazon etc. These other people are absolute sharks mercilessly taking money from innocent people via their totally fake persuasive marketing videos, all of the same style!

Hidden charges

Hidden charges. I have been taking Bodyfokus Athroforce Revital for about 2 weeks and don't notice any difference. On the other hand I do not feel worse as I see others complaining about sickness/diarrhoeia. If you are ordering from UK you will be charged import duty. ON 23/2/2026 I was asked to provide further details only 4 years LATE!

Great customer service

I had recently had an issue with my purchase from BodyFokus due mainly to Brexit. After contacting the customer service and submitting all the information concerning the issue the matter was dealt with in a very professional fashion. Thank you to all the customer service team that helped with this and in particular to Danilo.

Guaranty - not honoured

When I BodyFocus there was a note stating: 'BodyFokus wants you to be completely satisfied with our products. It is for that reason that we offer a 365-day Money Back Guarantee'

I tried the product, it started feeling sick. I continued for a month just to be sure if it is the product or something else. After I was convinced, I sent the reminder back asking for refund only to get some poor excuses as to why I can't get a refund.
I should have ben given a refund even if it wasn't under the guaranty, as it was making me sick. but no, they refused to honour their promise and the customer safety guaranty.

Customer service of BodyFokus doesn't exist

The Customer service of BodyFokus is non-existent. After sending 8 emails on 3 different adresses, I still got any answer ... and nobody responded. All the telephone numbers are fake, they are permanently busy. They simply don't have anybody to respond.
I want to send back the product I ordered, and be refuned. I still don't know how to proceed .. The product in itself for digestive issues is unuseful, my problems get worse .. I will never order anything again on this untrustworthy E-shop. Better think twice before you order ..

I bought Arthroforce Revital to try…

I bought Arthroforce Revital to try back in April through Facebook. It included a ‘special’ discount for a second bundle which I clicked on. This turned out to be a subscription, which was not obvious at all!! The product is good, but I now have way too much of it as I don’t need to take it daily. Their website has no way to unsubscribe from this ‘service’ so I e-mailed them few days ago. Meanwhile, I receive yet another supply but no response to my e-mail!! So frustrating!!! This company is letting poor customer service overshadow the quality of its products. If I had an experience as I’d expected, I’d have given them 5 stars.

Bodyfokus Arthroforce Revital…possible side effects

I ordered Bodyfokus Arthroforce Revital having watched the long promotional video. After taking one dose I had acute diarrhoea. On the side of the package, in very small print I read Warning: over-consumption may have a laxative effect. Well. One day taking the product is not over consumption but I do think that there should be more of a warning of side effects, especially for people like myself who have a tendency to diarrhoea - If there had been, I would not have touched the stuff. I think the company should warn of possible side effects. After 9 days I still have acute diarrhoea which is very unpleasant.
However, having contacted the firm, it has refunded the money for the month's supply I ordered, which is good practice.

Diabolical Customer Service

On May 10th my wife, Carol Colehan, placed an order with BodyFokus for Synbiotic Active Vitality. They say it was dispatched on May11th with DHL and took the money from her account. DHL tracking says it was delivered on May 17th at 13.09. It was not delivered here and we have signed for nothing. She has sent at least 4 emails. Had a reply to one on May26th to say she would receive another legally binding declaration to sign and send to their logistics partner...they would then resend the item. As yet no further email has been received. We have never before experienced such bad customer service. She is now receiving emails offering discount on further purchases.

Good customer service, how to return unopened items

If you need to return any unopened bottles, make sure you send them tracked and insured. I did this and once they had arrived back at the warehouse in Germany, I received a refund within a few days. If you need any help, use the support email address shown on this page and you will get prompt responses to any questions. I only returned the BodyFokus Synbiotic because my mother didn't need them after all.

My father and his wife are taking the Curcuma 185X and after ten days they are feeling a lot less pain than on the regular turmeric supplements. I'm going to try them myself now my refund for the Synbiotic has come through.

RESPONDING TO BODYFOKUS

Bodyfokus you failed to deliver my good but have the nerve to be emailing me about other product you are selling. The tracking number you gave me worked up until 19th April 2021 when you lied that the goods could not be delivered because no one was home BIG LIE.
I tired the number again and alas it does not work, it is telling me the number is incorrect. I will not stop until I get my goods or money back. Wrong person you are trying to SCAM.

I have had a good experience with this…

I have had a good experience with this company and their product BodyFocus Synbiotic. I have had no reason to return any product and I am still using them along with my wife whom actually benefits even more than I do I am just about to order BodyFocus Clean Body Restart only 1 month worth just to try it out.

BEWARE ALL POTENTIAL UK…

BEWARE ALL POTENTIAL UK CUSTOMERS.......A LACK OF TRANSPARENCY IS QUITE ACUTE AND THE GUARANTEE IS NOT THE SAME AS ONE WOULD RECEIVE FROM A REPUTABLE UK COMPANY. At no time did I realise I would have to return goods to a warehouse in Germany and not the address on the soft copy invoice with no named department or person and all responsibility for refund clearly put on the customers shoulders as well as ensuring not only the package arrived safely but that a refund could ever be forthcoming so all in all expensive to return and a bit of a lottery to ever get a refund. Don't touch such foreign companies unless you want to throw your money away.
