Spent over $200 for a small nose ring. Within a couple of months one of the diamonds fell out. Was like pulling teeth to get warranty service. Same nose ring broke in half a week ago. Warranty has expired but is clear that the product is defective. Will never purchase anything from them again.

Every buyers nightmare when purchasing solid 14k gold.

Took it to the gold shop to resell and was told it was not gold! I had purchased twice from the company. First in 2022 and when I lost a screw barbell I reached out to Bodyjewelry.com to see if they sell replacements. They said each horseshoe with barbells is handmade and cannot sell replacements. Made sense so I purchased another one as I had lost the barbell.

So since I had no use for the first horseshoe with the missing barbell I decided to melt it down and sell it since it was 14k gold. WHAT A SURPRISE THE JEWELRY SHOP TESTED IT AND SAID ITS NOT GOLD. So I took out my current septum rings and had them test the second one I purchased. NOT GOLD. So I quickly emailed bodyjewelry.com that I have given them over $300 in purchasing solid gold only to be scammed. Not only did they not even acknowledge I could have been mailed the wrong item they unprofessionally responded like a child would. Then tried calling me. I refused to pick up as I wanted everything over text. They then responded like a robot would and said Have a great weekend when I threatened to call my bank for fraud.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SELLING FAKE GOLD.

Honest company. Good owner. Cute jewely. Recommend 😊 customer service is top notch. Support your Small business owner.

All of their "gold" jewelry is undersized. Cheap garbage. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered a dark colored 14g microdermal to hide my piercing for my new job, and 2-3 day shipping.

What I received? medium colored 16g micordermal, 8 days.

I got reimbursed for the shipping because they made a mistake. It arrived a little over a week later. I was stressed while I was waiting for it, and sent "customer service" a stressed detailed email. I was given the tracking information with a smiley face as if I didn't know my order was still in Florida for 5 days.

When it finally arrived and I told my job it was here, but the wrong color and that I'd paint it dark tonight - IT WAS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED.

Wrong shipping, wrong color, wrong size - I only ordered ONE thing.

I didn’t receive my product and they tried saying did you check the mailbox 😂. Luckily paypal had my back thank god they came in clutch.

A disappointment; extremely overpriced products.
But at least they were decent enough to issue a refund.
