Purchased a part for my vehicle. Paid an astronomical amount of money for the shipping of the part. When the part arrived, it was damaged, thus I could not use the part. I contacted BodyKits and they sent me instructions on how to return the part, which involved me contacting an outside vendor to return the part. I shipped it back, paying an additional fee to return the part. Bodykits never refunded me my money and accused me of damaging the part.

Came fast everything was all there no damage.

I purchase from bodykits.com i buy a 01 mustang gt rear bumper the part is to small for my vehicle i send them lot fotos but they dont want to help get new part this is not right please dont buy they dont care

I ordered a part I needed in order to drive my car and after a week it still hadn’t shipped. They were slow to respond and their number automatically goes to voicemail no matter what time you call, the voicemail states they’re too busy to answer and redirects to their website. They are slow to respond and would respond just before COB. Almost two weeks had passed and still nothing, they blamed it on public holidays even though there had been plenty of normal business days in between. They said it might get shipped on the third week. I had been asking for a refund as I needed to order the part from somewhere else but they wouldn’t issue it. After about three weeks I went through my bank to get a chargeback, only when I did this did they finally issue me a refund. I don’t think they ever had the part because as soon as I ordered it the link was broken and the part disappeared from their website. It was so frustrating, weeks without being able to drive my car. They are liars and borderline scammers. Don’t buy from here.

Quick and successful delivery although the product came with a bent bolt which means it wasn’t quality checked, they are going to make good about it. Definitely worth it.

Save your money and buy a name brand. The hood and bumper I got were junk from the molding to the fitment. They do not have a fit guarantee. You send them back you pay the ride and restocking fee fyi

I placed an order for rear bumper diffuser which was priced at $289. After a few days, I was refunded my money and sent an email stating they were out of stock. I went back to the website and they had the same item now listed at $411. They clearly weren’t out of stock, they just wanted to jack up the price and no longer sell them for $289. This place does not do honest business

Really cool body parts for your car delivered fast.
I was not personally home receive my front bumper and spoiler but had a family member inspect the delivery and received it with no damage on the shipping boxes but after signing on the delivery and fully inspecting the items a day later I found a crack in the front bumper and a bubble that cracked with no resistance in the spoiler. Because of this damage I emailed them and asked for assistance and have not received any response in the two+ weeks I’ve had these parts for. They look really cool and it’s the items I want but they require more work to repair before install then anticipated.

Arrived fast and undamaged.

They sent me a used poor fitting hood and keep saying that they see "nothing wrong with it" Don't ever buy anything from them. You will get screwed and be expected to pay to send back a used defective item that they sent you in poor condition.

This company are unprofessional and rude.
I purchased a roof top spoiler for my van. There has no communication either by way of email or phone. I feel they are very arrogant and just plain rude, I have since asked for full refund wether I will receive it is a different story, I would not recommend these people, they are an absolute disgrace

It took almost 2 months to receive my hood that I ordered. They were in contact at first but then really nothing. I ordered the viper style hood for my fiancé.the hood does not fit correctly. There will have to be hood pins installed to make it latch. I will have to make several adjustments including the latch as it is made too long for the original make on the car. The hood itself has multiple chips in the fiberglass and sloppy spots that have to be sanded and have bondo before even thinking about painting. It qas very cheaply made. The wires for the vents look like chicken wire and are not fastened very securely. For the price and shipping paid, it is not worth the money unless you are willing to put a lot more work and money into it to make it look good. When I asked about the guarantee on fitment, it took them several days to respond and there was so many guidelines they wouldn't approve the return. And they also won't accept unless you pay to have professionally installed even if you know how to do the work yourself. Thank you for your time on reading.

I first ordered the CF type but it was no longer available, so I had to choose this. This is what I was trying to avoid. The quality that was molded into was bad. So much imperfections holes found and uneven edges. Since I had no choice but to proceed with this purchase even though it took them awhile to respond a feed back regarding CF no longer available.

The auto-leveling is not working

Scammers!! Beware! They ship broken items, take your money and ghost you!! Wish I read the reviews before buying from them. They will 1000% ghost you after you email them with a claim.
