bad customer service and bad precut job

My friend and I bought 2 trunks and 1 hood from bodykits. We decided to go pick up in person. Upon picking it up, one of the trunks (they were all wrapped) had a huge tear in the wrap and exposed the trunk which had scratch marks. I brought it up to the worker and he went and got a new one in the back. I found this alarming since usually if I was working there and I saw this (giving it to someone that just bought it from me) I wouldn't start off by trying to give a broken trunk.

We took the trunks and the hoods home and we upon installation, we realized that most of the pre cup holes in the garnish and trunk were done incorrectly. The predrilled holes on the holes were also off.

I emailed bodykits and explained to them that I didn't feel like I got what I paid for (keep in mind we just paid over $1,500.00 for this) and I explained my situation but no one ever got back to me.

Poor Customer Service

The main reason for this review is that I purchased items identified as "in stock" and that was absolutely not at all true. Below is a quote from one of my many conversations via email because I could never nor is there ever anyone available to speak to about a concern;
"Again, all face value and delivery, and delivering a good product seems to be last on your priority. How about giving the customer the truth and showing stock is not currently available so that you are not giving false hope. I'll hang with you because I just don't feel like the grass is any greener on the other side but I am still highly disappointed. At least the other companies show that stock is "not" currently available on these items. I guess a lie is better advertisement huh?"
One part had to be canceled because the delays kept being delayed after months of waiting and again, stock showed on hand/available.
the 2nd part, a rear bumper was about 14.5 inches to wide but my installer had already painted the part so that is my loss, but again, was no where close to fitting my car. And the 3rd part, 2 front fenders took extensive modifications and cost me a lot of additional money to get them to fit my car. I had to try because my vehicle had been down too long so we made the 3rd part work.
1st part was canceled due to unreasonable long delays, and again, no phone support.
2nd part did not fit, and again, I called repeatedly once again to discus, but again, no phone support
3rd part had to be significantly altered to fit, but again no phone support.

Ordered a bumper for a Lamborghini when…

Ordered a bumper for a Lamborghini when the package arrived I inspected the bumper for damage from shipping like I was asked to do from the seller. After inspection I found there was no damage from shipping but the quality of the product was horrible it looked like it was damaged and primed over. I emailed the seller that day and sent many pictures to them. They asked me to get quotes on repairing the bumper so I went to three body shops all of them refused to repair it as it was such poor quality. I sent pictures to other fibreglass bumper manufacturers and was told that the quality was so bad they should return it. They said it was Full of filler and should be ashamed to sell a product like that. I sent copy’s to the seller and after months of getting a run a round they are refusing to do anything because it was not marked damaged from the shipping company. The bumpers damage is all under the primer not the shipping company’s fault. The bumper did not look at all like the pictures on the website and the quality description was not even close. Do not use this company terrible product and horrible customer service.

I ordered a range rover sport body kit…

I ordered a range rover sport body kit and they charge me around 2700$ and then i received nothing So Plz Plz dont buy from them, and i called customer service which said we sent you the products and its not our problem if you didnt receive .
I think there is something called Attention on the box which it refers to whom it supposed to be delivered and not to anyone, but it is obvious that it is a scam as someone you know for sure who signed the package and return it to you.

Company ignores emails

Company ignores emails , poor quality of customer service, I've emailed the for updates to sending me wrong parts , ignoring me completely after requesting refund for items that never arrived , I'm calling the number today to tell at them in person, I've been made angry enough to start yelling , I spent way too much money to not get my product or refund ... I had my bank issue the refund bodykits.com did nothing ...

I ordered a part of you site , that was my first mistake

I ordered a part of you site the item was out of stock and I was told I had to wait 4-6 weeks for the item to come in stock or I can pick one that is in stock after picking one that was in stock I received another email saying I would have to pay extra for the new item. After paying extra for that item. I received my item past the delivery date And when I called asking for a shipping refund because I paid 119$ to get my item on time not late, the manager refused the refund of partial shipping or full shipping. Don’t shop of this website unless your willing to jump thru hoops and cross boarders just to be screwed. Ian or Evan the manager is unaware of what and how his company even got my item shipped to me and I had to tell him multiple times my item did not come from eBay. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I also just got off the phone with Fed-ex and their offering me a credit even tho I did not pay the directly to ship my product to me this company body kit is a scam and actually had the audacity to lie about this on my review when I have email and text proof that my item was not delivered on time and my original item was unavailable and I had to pay extra. I have proof from fed ex and from body kits support. Better business bureau here I come. (I’m re editing this review to kindly ask you (Bodykits.com) to not give out my private name or my tracking number because ur giving out my address. remove it from under my review and comment like a real business and not release my personal information.

Pissed poor customer service

Pissed poor customer service, i paid for a product waited for tracking nothing waited for email nothing so i had to email them to find out there on back order, i mean really this is a business and im trying to track them doan for what rightfully mine and oh its on back order but clearly says or said in stock on both of your sites but now I'm sure

The parts I was sent for an 01 eclipse front bumbper and rear bumber were to small and the side skirts were already cracked I didnt send them back for a refund because of how much shipping was I will never order from this company again

Demon Body Kit for Acura CL 03

I purchased the Demon Body Kit for Acura CL 2003. Overall the experience was good. Customer Service was good and responded fairly quickly to questions. Shipping wasnt long. Took a few weeks for the Body Kit to arrive. The only thing i would complain about is not enough pictures of the rear bumper. Rear bumper to this body kit requires extra metal mesh to support license plate because it comes with a hole in that area to requires further moding. The Body Kit is excellent quality and makes my car look great. Best price on the market for the entire kit. Im happy and pleased with my first experience buying a body kit.

I got the look I wanted now!

I wasn’t sure how I was going to accomplish the look of my car but once I ran into this it was so simple. The accessories came within a few days and I got them mounted. Over a few months of easy payments I got the look I wanted right away and paying monthly installments was easy.
